I always write reviews because I read reviews to decide where to book. I don’t expect much when I book a $60 a night room to sleep over night, but when I book something for 3 nights for $950, I expect a clean room and not one that I want to leave quickly. We instantly had issues with the keypad and had to call our contact person, Brooke Zumwalt. After a few minutes we figured it out but after traveling 2 days from Ohio, we were stressed. The condo was dirty, cluttered with presumably the condo owners items, and the photos online were misleading. I called Brooke several more times because we could only find two towels and we could not but our things away because drawers were stuffed with the owners items. Brooke finally called back and admonished me for not looking for the towels under the sink. I’ve never had to do this before. Then I complained the place was dirty; there was a roach in the kitchen cabinets with the pots and pans. Brooke then said that she was going to call whoever we booked through and have us kicked out for saying these two things. We never heard from her again. Our first night was ruined by this. Considering Brooke’s behavior, we took pictures of the place so are not charged for leaving the place in an unsatisfactory condition. And another thing about this property is you must use a key to get to the laundry room, pool and even out to the beach. They will charge you $50 for a lost keys or parking passes. I’ll post pictures to ensure that I won’t be charged. If this was my first experience with Booking I would never use them again, but this was truly an exception and a huge disappointment!

My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. The moment we walked in was being at home. Very thoughtful details everywhere. Everything was clean. Already want to book for next year. Location's is great. Being by the beach access was not an inconvenience. Balcony furniture was very nice. They have everything you need to go to the beach down to a wagon!

Location is great! Balconies are great but I would prefer less clutter.

No closet space. Needed a hairdryer.
