Das vistas do quarto

Eu aluguei o hotel para relaxar com a piscina na frente do mar, mas qndo chegamos parecia uma cidade abandonada e nao tinha piscina, entao achei muito frustrante porque tendo tantas opções escolhemos logo essa 😞

The breakfast was warm. The breakfast staff was courteous and friendly.

The room had an unpleasant odor, located at the end of the hall in a corner more suited for ppl with pets. The view of the ocean was okay but the patio looked unsafe, didn't feel safe sitting outside.

Loved the beach out back and the beach view!!

The elevators were kind of sketchy, they made lots of noise and didn't feel the safest, but it didn't affect my opinion of my stay. I had a great time.

I paid for a pool weekend but hotel has no pool

we really like the hotel that it was a ocean view in every room and the balconies were nice with chairs to sit on. everything was good except the bed was a little hard.

we really didn't like that on booking.com there was no information that there was no pool there. that was one of the main reasons we went for that and the beach. so we asked for a refund and they said no refund that we should have looked on their website. we were very disappointed in this since we have our young son with us who really wanted to go in the pool and we did too just to relax. we wanted to go to another hotel but we weren't able to because we could not get a refund. you should really update the information on your website because we would have never stayed there if we knew there wasn't a pool there

Balcony facing the beach! Sadly no pool. Which is understandable because of all the damage along the beach from the hurricanes.
