The condo was as advertised. It was comfortable, and clean, although the carpet could use a cleaning. Beds were comfortable.
Parking. We were allowed one parking spot and had two cars. The front desk was not helpful with suggestions for parking. Very few lots in town allow overnight parking. We did find one, but daily parking was really expensive, so we had to spend time moving the extra car around. Not ideal.

Great location walking distance to town. Easy parking. Spacious condo and well stocked kitchen equipment (which we didn’t use).
Lots of stairs (was it 6 flights?) to get to the unit with heavy luggage was a challenge. Took our time, huffed and puffed and got it all upstairs.
Amount of mountain home decor and accessories could be an issue for someone very sensitive to dust as there’s just no way to keep that much stuff dust free. The unit was clean and cozy but much heavier on the mountain theme than our personal al tastes.

They did not give us a pool key at check in but also did not tell us; and then the front desk closes at 6pm. So we didn’t have pool access. They told us they purposely do not issue a pool key unless you ask for it. Don’t be us. Request a pool key at check in. This was a large reason of why I booked this place.

The space was big with lots of beds.
The beds were very uncomfortable. The place was not cleaned well. We found trash and food in the floor. The description said that there were 2 king beds, there was only one.

Location- amazing- close to town; steps to quick shuttle to lift; easy ski-in access
Ski shop- 10 feet away!
Living room- large and comfortable; great fireplace;
Lots of seating
Kitchen- extremely well-equipped; everything worked!
Storage- easy ski locker in hallway; many closets and hooks in the unit for coats etc
Bathrooms- well-equipped
2nd bedroom- bunk beds not comfortable for adults. Top bunk too close to ceiling.
Hot tub- just okay. Could be nicer.

Great location, walked to restaurants for dinner and took a short shuttle to the lift. At end of day skied to our condo.
Lighting was poor throughout the condo, the switch by the front door didn’t turn on any lights & after individually turning on many it still wasn’t bright in the main living areas. Same was true for the master bedroom. Would have appreciated knowing what type of coffee maker they had and whether there was any coffee provided (some condos do & some don’t). Didn’t see a trash dumpster for throwing our trash out at end of stay. Parking was also at a premium. We didn’t want to drive anywhere for dinner because we were afraid we wouldn’t find a convenient parking space.

Very out dated. Beds were very uncomfortable and the queen was actually a full. Many lights did not work. Kitchen supplies were adequate but frying pan handle was broken. Very few dishes.

The location of the unit to town was uncomparable, very nice. The unit was comfortable and clean, though dated in a couple areas.
The pool hours were wrong in the book in our room. It said open 12 am to 8 pm. of course, we figured that was wrong and it should read 12 p.m (noon) but it said hours may vary, it was summer and the hours did not vary, disappointing and the pool area was not very clean or the pool itself, nice property but needs attention.

So clean and comfortable. Walkable to everywhere in Breckenridge.
No air conditioning, so we had to open windows, close blinds to keep the place cool enough. The upstairs loft was HOT.
