Extremely close to the Beaver Run lift. The amenities were great, walking distance (12 min) to town and good restaurant alternatives.

Old carpet in living room. Pet friendliness is noticeable due to pet urine smell in some areas.

The location was perfect! We could walk right out of the hotel and onto the slopes. The free ski gear storage lockers were super convenient. The free shuttle was also great.

More elevators would be nice. The food was delicious but expensive.

So much for kids to do. The arcade was fabulous! Our suite had ski storage lockers and everything you need from equipment to lift tickets to lessons is right outside’s de. Free shuttle into Busy Breck area for dinners.

A bathroom on the first floor of our condo would have been convenient, but not many complaints!

Location, location, location

It is at overall very complete resort, everything you need within it and unbeatable location. Has its own bus stop that will take you for free to pretty much anywhere in town and little stores.

Great amenities but too expensive. Even water in the resort is ridiculously pricey and amenities are nice but it is too crowded. Resort is huge and was full so getting breakfast in the morning or getting the room elevator had some big wait time. Also the rooms are old, so things like kitchen were falling apart.

The condo was nicely furnished.

The room was very hot and we couldn’t get the temperature right. One bedroom slet with the windows open. We slept in the loft and had to use the fans we found in the closets. Two nights the fire alarm went off and wasn’t a real fire, but it took forever to get turned off.

Hotel - location, location.

Trash out in the hallways. My room was serviced each day but they made one bed and not the other. They never took away and replaced dirty coffee cups. In general, the room service/daily cleaning was mediocre.

Excellent location. Ski in/out with convenient ski storage. Undercover parking for a fee but easy in/out access. Short walk to town/Main Street. Lots of amenities onsite.

Rooms are dated, although still comfortable.

Location is perfect for skiing. Ski rental, storage, and lift right pretty much on the premise. Nice hot tubs after long day of skiing. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Although there were several restaurants, most close at 9pm or earlier. Mattress was likely old and seemed to provide poor support. Temperature regulation in room was not good. It would get very hot at night time disturbing sleep and we had to open the windows to cool the room down, but our friends in another room did not have this issue.

poor kitchen usability for a large group. the current set up worked for the 3 of us however I couldn’t see it accommodating more than four people and will not book in the future groups for that reason. no practical amount of cooking pots/pans or storage containers for the fridge. also our sink in the kitchen did not drain for our first three days - we checked in on a Friday night so it wasn’t fixed till Monday. no housekeeping visits for the duration of our 6 days parking fees are absolutely ridiculous at $36 per night without valet. we paid over $220 just to park our rental for the week. we could hear the neighboring units - every stomp and scream. also booked the same week as apparently 3k LSU students - whoops. the building overall is dated and you could hear construction/repair throughout the afternoons.

there were issues with elevators not working, Spencer’s restaurant was good but some of the staff was sub par
