This place has a great location for visiting Breckenridge. We were there in the offseason. The building is right near the main corner of the town. It's someone's vacation home so it has a few more amenities in it than a hotel has. This one has a washer dryer that came in handy, and there was a pouch of detergent there for the guest to use. Also with the coffee maker, there were a couple of pouches of coffee with is helpful. Bed was soft and with a good amount of pillows. The place was in great condition, and the building was very solidly built with heavy materials so you never heard anyone on other floors. All we heard were the natural sounds of the water rushing outside. Very relaxing!

The location is great, adjacent to the Peak 9 base area and Main St with bars, shops and restaurants. The condo is spacious and equipped with all a group may need for the stay, including the kitchen. There is a larger hot tub directly by the building and another three hot tubs and a pool reachable through a short walk. Front desk staff and personell on site was always friendly and helpful.
The condo is part of a huge complex shared between Marriott, Hyatt and Vacasa. Finding our way was challenging at the beginning as the complex is a maze of multiple buildings, hallways and outdoor walkways. There is a valet service for skis that we discovered by asking at the reception when we found out that the ski storage room in the first floor is only for owners. Some signage exists in the complex but should be improved due to its size. Also, there was no (welcoming) information in paper in the condo or in the Vacasa app about some directions like for the ski valet or for trash, etc. TV service comes through a streaming box but it has a weird channel setup with networks and programs I have never seen before but missing the ones that we know. Those are just a few details that I would expect in a vacation stay of this price level.

Location was excellent! The home was clean and comfortable. Amenities included were great! Underground parking was a bonus.
The 2nd bedroom was too small/tight. Not much room to spread out/walk around. Missing an oven mitt for baking needs.

I already wrote the review of what I liked and didn’t like that. I forgot to put the most important thing that I didn’t like. I thought I was booking a room with a balcony because that is what is pictured in all of their rooms, however, NOT all of the rooms have balconies. That was very upsetting to me because I purposely try to book rooms with bathtubs and balconies. It seems very misleading. When I brought this to their attention and wondered why I didn’t have any balcony room they explained to me that not all of the rooms have balconies and that they are not guaranteed. as a traveler when you see a picture of a room that you think you are booking that has a balcony I feel like it should have a balcony or they should re-photograph the rooms and separate them out the ones with balconies and the ones without so you know what you’re booking

I was in the first floor. The hall had a pungent smell of car exhaust most likely coming from unvented basement parking lot thru the elevator. The smell immediately triggered my allergies and made me fatigued. I was worried about CO2 levels. Was pretty bothersome and feel that is a good reason for not returning or recommending it to others

Living room furniture worn and uncomfortable. All of the window blinds are broken/not functional. Not enough towels. No AED on the entire property, which is unacceptable. We had to call 911 for my husband. They asked us to use an AED but none available.

We loved the large size of the property, three beds and three baths, kitchen. We loved the view of the mountains from the deck just off of the living room. Was walking distance to everything. Hot tub nearby was perfect complex was quiet since we were on the top floor. Property managed by Vacasa who were very responsive. Came and changed a couple of lightbulbs that were burned out.
Elevator was not working for two days. Beds were not comfortable. All king beds but we’re kind of hard. And the sheets were scratchy. Garage parking was free but was dark.

Security fraud on duty was very friendly and provided the keys. This was exactly what we needed after being on the road for almost 2 hours
What I didn’t like was the people who worked the front desk and no consideration for anything and see so damn clueless! When we arrived it was after hours. We arrived at 2am and the elevator was not working the next morning we went to advise and they seemed as though they didn’t care. you shouldnt have someone working the desk if they cannot be approachable

The location of the condo is great for accessing the town, but not great for skiing.
You should use a slope side ski valet rather than the one offered by the facility because it's too difficult to get your ski's and boots back to the condo area. Also, neither the oven nor the DVD player worked and were not fixed during my stay.

dated all around. furniture and amenities were lacking. the property is efficient and suitable, but just lacked the feeling of really cared for. nice enough and the night was affordable, but I would have been very disappointed if I paid full price.
