Cool sitting space by the indoor pool.

Window wouldn’t shut in one of the rooms do to dry rot. Looks like a lot of construction going on. Rooms were super humid. Had to have the AC as low as it could go to not be sweating.

Bed was comfortable and tv was excellent.

The room renovations could have had better craftsmanship. Hotel is still under renovation after many many months. Supplies kept in hallway. This is more of a place where construction workers stay.

everything! it was a beautiful, different, (good different) lovely structure and amenities! comfortable bed etc, we just loved it! 😀

They didn't have hot water while I was there

Breakfast is always good Room was clean and cool but no TV controller in my room.

The staff was not able to found a TV controller when I was the Tuesday not 5.16.23 ask them for Wednesday night

dirty sheets. moved rooms and cleanliness was still questionable. bottom of tub is spongy like water is trapped under it. there is a taped message on the toilet tank that says we should remove a rubberband on the flapper.

Bed was good+

breakfast __. non available room comfortable, but new t.v. and the box was behind t.v., so nothing the first night. Then found out you had to stand along side to get anything on t.v.!!!

the front desk people were very polite and helpful. we needed an early check in on Sunday- I dropped my husband off at the hotel and they took care of him and got him in a room early. This was much appreciated. We like to stay here when we when we come to Des Moines.

Please look at the walls in the bathroom- there is something on the wall that needs to be addressed.

I don’t think I would use them again.

The hotel was under construction lots of dust around the property The TV was new but was hard to adjust. It was hooked to Directv not many usable channels

There was mold on the shower and in the ceiling of the bathroom. I think it was also in the wall between the bath and sleeping area. there where chips on the floor under the desk when we walked in. the toilet paper holder had nasty stuff around it. we stayed cause it was only one night and the bed seemed clean enough after a look over. woke up to find to duvet between the sheets had an odd brownish orange dirty spot- ick! luckily we were in town to see my aunt and woke up early to get out of there and to her house were it smelled better and we could get sanitized.
