The guy at the front desk at check in was incredibly nice although slightly hard to understand.

I was told on check in I needed a 100$ CASH deposit but he accepted 50. When I walked into the room there was a huge gap between door and frame letting a lot of cold air in and the heater did not work well. The shower curtain in the bathroom had burn holes in it, the room smelled like sulfur at times, the bathroom door was cracked in half and I think was originally put on backwards. On check out the checkout guy strongly suggested that I leave a tip for housekeeping out of my deposit refund at the front desk. Oh and the wifi they claimed they had was just a router with no internet access.

No breakfast and liked nothing about this place. Please don't bring kids to this place. Health department needs to close this place down. You would have to be a small child to use the mirror.

Dirty sheets, mouse poop in drawers, mold in refrigerator, dirty carpets, filthy everything, CRACK CENTRAL, cars coming and going all night. Loud mufflers left idling, while picking up, what ever, and then leaving. Have pictures if they will let me post them. No coffee no ice machine. Moved to another room couldn't get in paint buckets in the way. Someone's personal property in that room also. Third room was looking better till the night wore on and we realized where in the middle of DRUG Central. No sleep that night.

People were friendly

The hotel houses to locals and could not sleep at all the one night we stayed. No kitchen area. No breakfast. Receipt was only a photo copy of what I signed. Not happy and worst place I have ever stayed

Not as expensive as other I looked into.

Seems like a lot of people live there and drug deals go on all night. The room was ok for the price but the night life is pretty creepy. If they want to be a extended stay for drug addicts they should focus on that market.

The staff was very professional and friendly great service clean rooms would stay here again the price is unbeatable!!! I recommend this place to anyone who comes to Sprigfield!

Room wasnt clean by any means. Holes in the walls an our door to room. Burn Mark's all over tub an floor. Refrigerator was so dirty we didn't want to use it at all. An people out in parking lot working on bikes cars going threw the garbage bins...We also had random people knocking on our door looking for illegal drugs.

Conveniently located to the aquarium/Bass Pro Shop. Easy to find and reasonably easy in/out. Owners were receptive to hearing about things that could be improved.

Door didn't effectively lock. Had a standard household knob/key with a LARGE gap in the casement--could be opened with a piece of cardboard/credit card. No bolt/chain/secondary lock of any kind. (There was half of a security catch, but the other half was missing--like it was torn off when the door had been forced in the past.) And there were men drinking/loitering in the parking lot much of the night and first thing in the morning. Window type climate control unit was located high on the wall over the sink counter. I am 5'1" and couldn't reach the controls even on a chair--had to stand on the counter. Insists on guest leaving a cash damage deposit and waiting at departure time until one of the owners has inspected the room--would not do a credit card hold like most places. Old furniture and grimy carpet. Carpet was soggy (presumably from some kind of cleaning, which is better than not being cleaned, I guess) at my arrival 3 hours after check in time. Nonsmoking room but pillows stank of cigarette.

Super nice staff and love that I can drive up directly to my room. Room had everything I could ask for and was clean.

The room was in poor upkeep condition. The light switch by bathroom sink had dried blood on it and a band aid in the sink drain. The towels were dirty and shower curtain stained. Frame of door was off. The posts outside the door had been hit by a vehicle, tapped off.

We were on top floor, Ac was not blowing cool, I took the filter out and cleaned it. it started blowing some cool. the bathroom floor was tilted. The room next to us people were crawling in and out the window instead of using door. Very shady people. Dont know if people actually live there??? We saw probably 5 or 6 different people coming in and out of the room beside us as different times of the night. The beds were awful very outdated for the price we paid. I will never stay there again.

The shower was decent and there was plenty of hot water. I liked checking out and leaving this awful place!!

Drug addicts and prostitutes, dirty, stinky, and scary. There was an official sign posted on the window of the unit next to me that said " Building unsafe. Do not occupy." The bed pillows smelled like someone's dirty, oily head. 🤮
