Nothing at all it was so dirty had cigarettes & ashes everywhere the housekeeper didn’t clean AT ALL!!!!

No I booked online then when I got there they said they didn’t see an online for my name so I had to come out of pockect & pay another 100 dollars that I barley had

I liked the location.

I did not like the room. the door to the bathroom was tore off the frame. the air conditioner had tape rigged to the outlet to keep it plugged in. the bed sheets had blonde hair all over- I don’t think the sheets were changed from the last person who stayed.

Miss Keisha is excellent very knowledgeable and friendly.

Pet friendly

It was really dirty and run down.. Water dripping from ceiling making a puddle on floor. Baseboards were falling off the walls. Looked like someone swept and pushed all the crap against the walls. There was something along the walls near the ceiling and it was literally hallway detached from the walls. Peeling paint on ac unit and pieces of paint on floor. Bathroom was super old, rundown.. Fixture on baththtub was missing. It was just a very questionable room. We stayed because it was late and we were traveling cross country and needed to sleep for a night. We will NEVER stay at this location again.

The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean.

The room was not well maintained. It was not clean in the corners so to speak. The A/C did not work well. It would hive out and switch to fan. The towels inside were picked up, but the bed was not made and towels were left hanging on my door.

My room had heater left on full blast. Had to leave door open for 20 mins till AC caught up. phones on premises did not work. Tried calling ahead to see if my rez came thru. After arrival signs were up that phones were down. Staff didn't seem to care. I rang bell 4 times before worker came out to check me in

The manager at the front desk and the support staff as room service. Exceptional service from exceptional people.

I didn’t like feeling that due to current economic conditions, these wonderful staff members probably can’t be paid anywhere near the true value that they provide to guests.

The temperature was great.bed was comfortable

Temperature of the shower was too hot. My boyfriend glanced up and noticed what looked like black mold on the ceiling.but otherwise we're very satisfied and plan to use you again.

Room had a missing lamp shade and light bulb, had a missing drawer in the chest, had mold on the shower ceiling, dirty floor, gaps in the floor, cock roaches in the bedding, flies in the room. This is the worst experience I've ever had with Red Roof Inns.

checked into two rooms. The first room had waste in the toilet and the flusher didn’t work. So I checked into a different room and there was no water in the bathroom. The phones and neither room work. So I got a refund and left.

Fridge was broken roaches everywhere had to go buy my own cleaning products and roach spray night guy was rude about trying to give us another room still did not get room we paid for
