This was our second stay at Regency. We were very happy with the clean room. The staff is great. They care about there business.

hmmm...nothing comes to mind! Yay!

The fellow at the reception desk was very friendly. He smiled and greeted me warmly, which I appreciated.

LOL...my side of the bed had a noticeable indention. Also, the bathroom floor was sticky. Not a hug deal but worth mentioning.

Checking in was quick and easy. The evening staff very friendly. I have a service dog and while Checking in the staff was very helpful and there was no problem with my service dog.

Awaking the next morning, all breakfast including coffee was put away at 830 and the morning staff was terribly rude and even went as far as telling me I couldn't have my service dog with me wich is unlawful.

Not much to say.

the first room couldn’t even connect to the wifi since it was so far from the router. Couldn’t connect me tablet, iPad. Or iPhone 14 pro. Had to move to a room that was closer to get wifi service. I do a lot of work online and stream videos when I can’t sleep. The internet was so slow I had to use my carrier internet for better service. The microwave in the first room had a dirty grease stain on the door, didn’t want to use it because of it, luckier the second was black and there was no visible stain. The toilet wouldn't flush unless you hold onto the knob for more than 3 seconds. i was told breakfast was served between 6am-8:30am. First morning see that they have microwaveable sausage, egg, and biscuits. Also precooked scrambled egg yolk, with hash browns, and honey buns, white breads, and some cereal. The orange juice was watered down as was the coffee. Apple juice was good. None the less it was less than desirable but it was including so I guess…
