The location

First off when we got there, we did not receive a warm welcome from the staff. She was very rude. I asked if I could check in early if available and she said I would have to come back and then pay $10. I haven't ever heard of that with any hotel.

The magnetic key took 4 trips to the front desk to get to work

Have stayed here before when it was owned by Hilton ! Very good location and price was right for me!

Bath tub bottom was soils and wasn’t clean So I didn’t take a bath but sheer only! Gf

Staff was friendly upon arrival and enjoyed ot being close to the event center for the Dark Horizons tour.

The room was small and the same goes for the bathroom, beds were a little hard and uncomfortable to find that right spot and the breakfast bar wasnt the best as the food was bland.

nice location, great pool for kids. our room had a water leak through the ceiling that was pouring onto the floor and they didn’t come fix they told us they may be able to find us another room. it was 8 pm and we were already settled so we just stuck with it.

The food, pool and staff was good.

Our room was not cleaned. Found vapor and dirty cups in the night stand drawer. Also found half eaten cookie in coffee cup in our room.
