I woke up with blood spots on the bed and it was my blood due to bed bugs that I actually found for the first time in my life and squished em just to find em filled with my blood.

I slept through most of it.

Great value, clean room, everything worked

Older downtown motel that was fully rented out, so lots of commotion.

Everything was clean and inviting. Did not have one single problem.

The stairs to the second floor where not all that great. It was okay.

Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Staff was responsive at 12 am to odor in room.

We booked a room at this motel nearly two months in advance. We arrived close to 11 pm on the scheduled night of our arrival, and the staff member at the front desk told me they didn't see our reservation and they had overbooked the place and would not have the room we reserved available or any room at all room for us at the motel. She then made some phone calls and said she had found a room that we could stay in. The room was in a corner of the motel that did not appear to be regularly used. The whole room smelled like urine, and there were large puddle-like stains on the carpet. We called booking.com who connected us with the front desk again, and the front desk person brought some spray to deodorize the room, which helped with the smell. When she arrived with the spray, she appeared bothered that we had called her about this and insisted she did not smell the urine smell.

Best deal ever. frig.. micro.. helpful staff .. enclosed parking.. FRANKLY, WHY WOULD A PERSON STAY ANYWHERE ELSE.

The room was clean.

They did not have 3 separate rooms available. We had one room for the 3 of us. They claim it was a booking issue with Booking.com.

Nothing.

After a long drive into town, there was nothing more needed than a shower, for both me and my three kids... However, the shower was so filthy I could not coax my children in there. The towels were even dirty. My kids decided to count everything wrong or broken in our room and we found 27 problems, some bigger than others. We got a lot of laughs out of how bad the hotel was, but I guess you get what you pay for.

No breakfast. Not much for coffee.

Seal up the air conditioner. Did not fit the hole in the wall. Not sealed up.

The staff was GREAT friendly and helped me with ANYTHING i asked.
