For breakfast the staff ate in line with the guests not the guests first. The manger lied & said all the beds are queens they were not they were full or a double we ordered queens. My mom fell going up the ramp was not user friendly at the back entrance. The manger on staff at check in said that check in was 3pm online & in the lobby says 2pm. At 2:24pm the Manger said I could not check in until 3pm completely rude it was hot out & my dogs were with me & I ask if I could wait in the lobby until check in if your dogs behave. I had a reservation. He checked a couple in before me while I had to wait until 3pm

From the moment I walked in the room I knew I should have trusted my gut and cancelled from the beginning. We walked into the room and it had a terrible odor. I had a feeling it wasn’t going to be clean. Well the sheets, pillowcases and comforter were all stained. Mold on the ceilings in the bathroom. I ended up going to the front desk and cancelling and booking a room elsewhere. Wasn’t fair to my daughters to make them sleep in a room that made them uncomfortable.

Bed was uncomfortable, decor was outdated. There was peeling paint on the bathroom door and there was a faint smoking odor on the room.
It was clean but it didn’t feel clean. The price was not worth what we paid for.

the staff was kind and friendly
the huge Days Inn sign that should be out front was missing - so it felt super sketchy. There was an issue with the coffee in the morning ar breakfast which took a while to resolve.

Breakfast was ok. They were out of water!
We didn’t have a working show or tub! We had to squat in the tub and do a spit bath with a rag. Our keys were not activated, so when we tried to get in the green light would flash but not open. Staff was rude and mean. Yelled at us to not break their door and then realized the keys were not activated. Would not let us check in early. Tub was rusted, light was broken, stains on sides of beds( don’t want to think what they were), phone didn’t work and couldn’t call down to the front desk for help. They were no help when we told them about the room and all they said is well do you have water. We will never stay there again! They should have never rented that room out if it was in such disrepair. Extremely disappointed.

In a very poor and sketchy location, but upon arrival we cancelled our stay due to the rudeness of the desk clerk. Very impersonal and rude.

Easy to make an online reservation and the price was good. Easy to get checked in and out.
I was told I would have an accessible room but one was not available. A shower seat was provided but there was no hot water to take a shower with.
