This was a great place to stay, although quite expensive. The views were fabulous and an easy walk to town, although there was also a shuttle bus into town. There were great facilities for children and canoes readily available for all.

Everything was more expensive than we'd anticipated. The rooms were incredibly small. There were very few vegetarian options on the menu at latitude and the one they did have was hugely overpriced. The facilities were mostly dependent on good weather so when it did rain, there was very little to do, although music in the reception as opposed to the pool area was great in the late afternoon / evening. Breakfast was ok but often long queues to order and a system which meant all queue for hot and cold buffet as opposed to separating. It wasn't self serve so had to wait for servers to individually serve everyone for everything.

It is a gorgeous location and very well maintained. The breakfast is hands down the best we have ever had at a hotel or Bed & Breakfast.

Water view Breakfast was very good It was our 50th anniversary and they sent chocolate covered strawberries to our room with a nice congratulations note.

The views and access to Kennebunkport were excellent.

It was expensive. But overall worth it. This is a great place. I do not know how much peace will be had with the 52 weddings already planned for the summer.

This resort is beautiful , in a great location and super clean. The breakfast was excellent , food delicious and great variety to choose from.Staff always available and very helpful.

noise from construction work however I know that updates are necessary, however I believe if possible they could have been done previously before opening up to patrons.

the sweet servers/chefs at the tents at fire and ice were lovely.

friends with fire and ice tickets showed up to hang with us early. I received a phone call that I had guests and asked that they be allowed up. was told I needed to come down to get them. walked down the stairs to not find my guests there but rather was shown to the door and my guests were held outside. complete nonsense. our room was in an unpainted corridor and directly over the main entrance door so everyone someone left and the door closed our room shook. we spent from about 8:30am Saturday morning and 9::30pm off site and were chastised for not having our fire and ice passes on us. we weren’t attending the lack luster event for 2 nights in a row. incredibly unwelcoming and fire and ice sucked this year. can’t believe that people were charged $100 a person for incredibly limited food.
