Nice quiet hotel. Good place for families. Great staff!

Easy walk into town, lovely big property with firepit, swimming pool, great outdoor places to relax. Nicely renovated, very comfortable and clean rooms. Super friendly staff.

Good bit room, perfect breakfast offered for free. Pool area was good. Overall very happy with our stay!

We liked everything about this place. The owner doing her outmost to make us feel comfortable and happy. She even went the extra mile to buy gluten free food for our son for breakfast. And they actually had a little complimentary breakfast.I don’t even remember that being in the reservation but maybe that was just me. ;-) They have a nice pool and backyard. It is outside the center of the village so we woke up with birds singing. And it is very affordable.

It is pretty loud between rooms. Could hear the neighbor snoring… But earplugs took care of that. Maybe someone will think it’s a bit far from the center but that depends what you want to do. For us it was perfect. We needed our car anyway.

Our “neighbors” were out on the porch smoking and partying until 1am . We couldn’t sleep.

This is basic accommodation but done well. The owner was pleasant and obviously very hard working. We heard from locals how she has completely turned the property around after taking it over. The breakfast is a nice touch and done well.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was great for what we needed, very comfortable and clean. We were able to walk to the areas we wanted to visit and the views were great.

Cute, comfortable room. Love being able to sit outside the room. We were looking forward to the fire pit but the rain took care of that.

The location is perfect. Just outside of town. It’s quiet but convenient. The breakfast was a great variety of foods and different everyday. Staff was amazing. Rachel the owner is super friendly and ready to help if needed. Grounds are beautiful and clean. Plenty of firewood for fire pit. Pool is clean. Room was super clean and bed was very comfortable!! Best accommodations I have had in years!!!

the breakfast was a pleasant surprise as it was not mentioned as an amenity. Not licensed to provide any hot items, the hostess did a good job with fresh fruit, pastries and such. She was also greatly beneficial in attending to our needs and to assisting with information regarding the local area.

The room was a bit dated and mad a musty odor that required us to leave the windows open when not using the A/C. Parking was a bit of an issue when the property was fully occupied, but that was a result of how the building was set. The price was higher than we are accustomed to for this level of accommodation, but still the best value in the high-priced Kennebunkport area.
