Perfect location when attending a wedding at a nearby resort and you want to be within walking distance, and when you want AC in your room! Very clean, comfortable, cute room, loved coffee on the porch! Walked to the wedding we attended and also walked into town and back. Breakfast was so quaint with the personal touch for each room.

Would have liked a small fridge in the room but really isn’t a deal breaker at all.

absolutely no staff after check-out, no response when I called for help accessing my room upon arrival, no useful information, and the one young lady at the property during breakfast and check-out was sweet m, but didn’t know anything about the area. air conditioning was very loud.

Room was modern and updated but very small. Bed was comfy and the bikes that were available were convenient. Staff was friendly.

Room was small. You could only get 4 channels on the TV. There was no guide, and we couldn't even get a local news station. Breakfast was a bagged continental, which was ok. I felt a lot of it went to waste because they gave 2 yogurts and we didn't eat them. Coffee is available from 7:45-10, wish the coffee was out earlier. We couldn't use kayaks because the tide was too low and there was no way of getting them in the water. We had the option to carry kayaks across the busy street to the ocean but nothing to help you carry them. It rained pretty bad one day and we were stuck in our room, wish there was a comfy common area to hang out in.

The property was clean, but a bit disappointing. One of our rooms was small with a tiny bathroom. Outside space was limited.

The location was great. Just a 15-20 minute walk to downtown…there are sidewalks all the way there! Close to restaurants and entertainment. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was included, which was great. Nice view from the balcony, even though it was not a private one. The house had a charming quality and everything was neat and sunny. The room was a good size and the bathroom was beautiful!

There was construction going on right next door, so it was a bit noisy during the day, but fine the rest of the time. Nothing the owners can do.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and they had good bikes to use. The room was very clean.
