The location is awesome, close to the Gjirokaster city center. Breakfast was nice too with a variety of spread. The room that we received initially had water leak from the ceiling. The staff gladly put us in another room. The Family Room (2 bedroom) is great if traveling with kids.

There was some construction work happening outside which prevented vehicles from reaching near the hotel. It would have been good if the hotel had informed us in advance.

The room- it was small, and you cannot control the temperature in the room. it was set at 24C (for November) and the fan blew directly on the bed. it was freezing when I arrived and a sauna in the middle of the night. I had to get up to open a window (heat goes off then) — sleep— then freeze—then get up again the close window and heat comes back on. Not a good nights sleep.

Great location - just next to the bazaar. Wonderfully helpful staff who were lovely. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Very clean. A really lovely stay - great place to base yourself to explore the city!

We stayed in the chalet for one night. the room is very large and cozy and provided with anything you may need. The toilet is small but ok. the position is amazing, straight into the city centre. The staff is friendly and gave us info on place to visit as well restaurant where to eat.

Having a socket close to the mirror would have bee really useful. Currently there are major works ongoing so the parking isn't available and finding a free park around is not always easy. Finally, the entrance of the chalet is located on the roof terrace and despite we did not have any issue, someone may not like having people in the terrace, outside your room, until late

The location of the place is great. The lounge area downstairs is nice and pretty. Pancakes and Nutella were the only tasty thing at the breakfast.

To begin with I made a booking for a Double Standard room, which was supposed to be 25 sqm. When I arrived, they gave me a Budget Twin Room, which is very small in size (only 18 sqm), however I was said that I will pay for Double Standard room price. This was total nonsense! I tried to argue why I should overpay, to which I was said that all the rooms are this size at the hotel, and photos on Booking are wrong! But wrong photos on Booking are totally NOT my problem, and it's a hotel mistake to mislead the guests with photos. Then I was told that I have a made a booking with a dog, and this is the only room they can give. But! During the booking I did not mention that I will bring my dog. Again, no sense at all! After some time, and the assistant calling the hotel director, we were offered a Family Room as a compliment from a hotel, which consists of 2 connected rooms. I took it with a big gratitude. And imagine the level of my frustration when after 4 hours they called me again and asked to give back the keys of the 2nd room and a key to the Family room entrance. Not to mention that 1 hotel stuff member entered the room without knocking, while I was naked!!! Moreover, we were not allowed at a common breakfast area, because we had a dog. Breakfast selection is basic and nothing special. On top of that, all rooms have 2 twin beds only (not a big single bed), which they put together, and it always moves and separates. Not to mention that the beds are veeeryy uncomfortable and bed sheets quality is not good. Also I can't understand why need to put AC right on top of the bed, so that you have a soar throat every morning (and you can't sleep without AC because summer 2022 is extremely hot)? Water was not provide by the hotel, and even mini fridge in the room didn't work. Overall disappointing experience.
