Very clean, quite, close to great restaurants, great staff

This hotel was very chic and modern what one would expect from Hilton brand. Room were very clean. Kudos to the housekeeping team.

The staff was quite rude and nonchalant, they did not even try to hide that they do not care about you as a client/ guest. From front desk to the server at the restaurant were rude to the T. The rooms although modern and very clean, were very crammed to the point where the desk chair if pulled out leaves no space to walk. On the sides of each bed ( we were in a room with 2 queen beds) had no space for us to get on or off the bed. We had to roll over from the other side to get on and off the bed. The closet was as big as a spice pantry of most american homes. There was no place to open our suitcase. We had to put it on the bed everytime we wanted to open it. Lastly and surprisingly it was quite noisy, like no soundproofing was done. We could hear the traffic and other guests chatting from other rooms as well as people walking on the corridor. Even though we are Hilton honors member, we won't be coming back to this property.

Having two branches of the same hotel was wonderful in so much as their were plentiful dining options.

I booked this hotel for Origins Game Fair because it was connected to the Columbus Convention Center. This is likely the highest quality hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was absolutely stellar. The bed felt incredibly comfortable with many moldable pillows of varying firmness. It had a spacious bathroom, a window with a nice view, and an internet that was actually decent. The connected convention center also has a food court with a decent selection of restaurants.

The parking garage was a nightmare to navigate and had elevators that didn't work. I also did not feel comfortable walking through the alley between the parking garage and the hotel. However, there's very few hotels near the convention center that have parking, and the convenience of being connected to the convention center greatly outweigh the inconvenience of the parking garage. Better to have annoying parking than no parking at all.
