I have stayed here several times. The staff is great, room is always clean and updated furnishings. You just can’t find a better option in Brookings, considering location, cost, and quality. I give them my highest recommendation!

The receptionist did a fantastic job. Very friendly and informative.

What was weird was the bathroom window was forcibly open. We could not close the window no matter how much we tried to pull it closed. They had put a wedge in it to stay open. Got a little cold in the winter and had to stuff it with a pillow.

it’s in need of repairs. the shows rid was barely hanging on the wall . repairs that had been done were shoddy. furniture was worn. caulking in bathroom was sloppy and cracked. bathroom is so small you have to stand beside the toilet to close the door. you can not be a large person and stay here.

As a woman traveling alone, it felt safe, there were no loud/noisy guests, it was quiet, clean, comfortable; I enjoyed a hot bath before bed, and the shower spray/water pressure in the morning were great. The room temperature was comfortable. My reception at the front desk was pleasant, and friendly and I appreciated the Halloween decorations!

Bed was wonderful! Staff is so nice. Location is great, easy to get to spots in town, wharf, south of town. I like that wildlife show up near the parking lot. Short walk to great ocean view. 5 minutes to Harris Park. Love iron and ironing board are there.

Slight musty/moldy smell when using bath sink. Toilet was a little hard to navigate. Shower was tricky to regulate.

Tub was dirty and peeling. Plus floors were so dirty our feet turned black from a few min of walking in socks and bare feet.

I really just needed a place to crash in between hiking, which it worked just fine for.

It was kind of dumpy for the price. The man who checked me in was really nice, but the lady who worked their was rude.

Room was clean

Not a great location we had to rely on the car to get to places.
