Everything! We were just an hour from home for a concert. The staff were all so kind, the room was incredibly clean, and breakfast was delicious! If another opportunity comes up, we would stay there again!🥰

I really did not like the place. I stayed at a Wyndham hotel in Montana and thought it was nice. But the one in Yakima was not nice at all.
I did not like the bed. The bed was very old and wore out. And so was the pillows. The room was very small. I felt very crammed in the room.

The room was adequate once we were changed to a non-smoking room. The breakfast was quite good. Entry to the hotel was limited in relation to parking. The grounds were not inviting - strictly parking all the way around - no greenery or gardens. The pavement surrounding everything makes for an easy clean-up but impossibly hot to be outdoors in.
Entering a decidedly smoke room in a non-smoking facility. My allergies immediately kicked in. The change was not questioned and created with great speed and pleasantness.

Kitchen had a fridge, microwave, two burner stove, couch and two chairs and a bedroom separate from the other room. Good location.
No elevator for the second floor.

There was a coffee maker but no coffee cups. There were 4 of us staying in the room but not enough towels. We had to ask twice for towels. There was not dirty laundry bag. The area was not very safe. Lots of homeless people.

The room had all the amenities. It was clean.
Loud vehicles in the parking area immediately outside the window. Located on a noisy road. Unsafe area at night. Grossly inappropriate staff behavior in the middle of the night keying and entering my room followed by yelling on the room phone due to miscommunication that easily could have waited until morning. I believe this behavior was illegal.

The facility was quiet and relaxing. I didn't have to worry about the noise level at any time. It was equipped with all the expected amenities and I like that.

Room felt clean but the duvet had some stains on so it didn't feel as clean as we would have liked.

Decent value for the price. You kinda get what you pay for but the bed was comfy at least.
The breakfast wasn’t great but it wasn’t horrible. The staff was extremely rude to us when we got in. We showed up on the wrong night and the lady at the desk was very rude when she told us they were all booked, without even looking for our reservation. We didn’t like her attitude at all and she could’ve been much nicer.
