The location was great. The view of the river is nice. The shower was great with good water pressure.

The room looked partially updated. It had a musty smell when you walked into the room. You could tell they didn't clean certain things like the hair dryer still had makeup on it. From who stayed there before us. They only made the bed once while we were there. They would give us new towels, but they did not take the old ones.

Nice clean room; cool outside pool (during 90 degree day); very good breakfast.

Awoken at 24:00 and kept up until 02:00 by a drunken fight that started in the back of the Hotel and moved into the Hotel Hallway and lasted for 2 hours with no resolution from the Hotel Management! This was the worst Hotel Management conflict resolution we have experienced in many years! Besides that, there was no Bell cart available, The floor in our room turned a towel black when wiping up spilled water, the Breakfast didn't have any meat, The access door to the Parking lot nearest my room, was not accessible after 22:00, even though it required a key card, and the exterior of the building was filthy! There are much nicer places to stay in Yakima for less money!

Loved the location. The bed was comfortable. Everything worked and the key card system was easy to use.

Though good enough, the breakfast was just ok. But we didn't stay at the Baymont because we were expecting a gourmet breakfast, we stayed there because we were delighted with the staff, room and location!

Low, soft bed was comfy enough but might hard for people to get in and out of in this handicapped accessible room.
