Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Horrible bed.

The bed was so uncomfortable that we moved hotels

Spacious & comfortable room! Loved the fact that the room had a recliner. That has become so rare, and due to shoulder trouble, I often sleep half the night in a recliner, when possible.

Have to pay for breakfast.

Clean room and facility. Front desk girl was pleasant.

The A/C was too noisy so we didn’t sleep well.

Gal at reception was RUDE. I came in after driving 4 hours, and asked her if I could use the restroom before I checked in. She looked at me with a very almost hateful look on her face. When I came back to register, I asked her if she had a problem with me, as she had the same hateful look on her face.....no smile or friendliness whatsover. The gentleman at the front desk after her was VERY friendly.

Quiet, clean, comfortable. Safe. This was an awesome Hotel. Even had a fence dog park.

Not a thing

Nice room with kitchenette, large refrigerator. They had a large fenced dog park with area to bbq and relax in chairs under cover. We would book again, in fact, we looked for My Place hotels along the way because they suited our needs very well.

Hmmmm, well, check in staff seemed to be somewhat clueless when we asked questions.

we were put in a handicap room. It only had 2 straight back chairs so uncomfortable you couldn’t last but a couple of minutes in them. there was only one night stand and one light besides the main lights. no reading lights. we got woke up each night @‘about 3am with people playing basketball in the room above us. no one at the from desk or anyone answering a phone. Most uncomfortable stay we have ever had. we won’t be back!

it's always a convenient , location is always good for us when we're in town that's why we stay there plus there's a refrigerator and a small kitchenette that we can use makes it very convenient when you're traveling with children

We usually inspect our bedding better and that day we were just too tired and we found old stains of feces I would guess on one of the beds sheets. The tub wasn't very clean either there was hair in the tub when we got there as well. I've always been able to get coffee pods a few extra and not be charged and the gentleman that was working the desk told me he could only give me one actually it was probably that he couldn't find more than one or didn't really look and then he said he would have to charge me for it if he gave me more than one.

the key cards deactivated very easily & bed we not soft would be nice if they mentioned breakfast ordering when you checked in

No breakfast

Our room was clean, the window opened and had a screen. The staff was mostly helpful. Looked to be a fenced pet area on the side of the building.

First off, My Place advertises (and you pay for) kitchen facilities in the room. What they don't tell you is that there is no equipment whatsoever. Not a spoon, not a glass, not a dish. Nothing. They suggested we go over to Walmart to buy a pan to cook our breakfast. False advertising. The facility is fine if you carry all of your own kitchen equipment with you, otherwise, it is useless. Second, the location is pretty sketchy. It's on the outskirts of town, not walkable to anything except a walking trail along the river and possibly Walmart during daylight hours. We did not feel safe leaving anything at all in the vehicle. Multiple people loitering in the area looking like they were waiting for "let's make a deal." We like to have the window open and most of the time smoke was wafting in the window, and I mean cigarette smoke, despite being on the second floor. Sound carries inside the building, so anyone in the hall or the room next door, we heard it all. The wifi was iffy. My partner could lay on his side of the bed nearer the door and have a wifi connection, however me laying on the window side of the bed, no luck. Internet was sluggish as well as shy. Every day of our seven day stay only one of us got a hot/warm shower. Both of us are quick in the shower, however I have long hair and if I washed my hair and rinsed it, cold shower. Whoever showered second, cold shower. We even tried showering early, showering late, showering two hours apart. Always, someone got the cold shower. Cannot recommend and would not stay here again.

That the first room wasn't clean, so she found us a room right away with no hassel.

I checked in after midnight. Then I went to get a tissue out of the box and there was a needle and a spoon at the very bottom. The lady in the morning gave us a full refund. But the room was not checked thoroughly. It would have been a different story if my kids were with me and found some drug needles. It was just me and my boyfriend thank god.

Friendly, competent staff; very clean room; comfortable bed with nice linens; kitchenette; good shower; laundromat; business desk with a printer; next to an amazing walking trail & close to Walmart... That's a lot to like for a good price. We were here for just over a week because of a death in the family, & My Place was an excellent long-term stay - exceptional hospitality!

Very clean and friendly staff. Comfortable room and the shower had nice water pressure. Would Definitely recommend as a hotel but not located in a great area.

not clear on how housekeeping works - no one cleaned our room when requested , wifi password not presented upon check-in-no change machine in guest laundry ,had on wait on desk clerk for change- substitute breakfast items not to our liking

there is no daily cleaning in room…no silverware or cooking equipment in a room with a cooktop. the bed was very squeaky.
