Pool hours and too small pool!

There was a man that kept pounding on our door at 1:40am and screaming for his girlfriend. It startled me and my kids and we were scared called office and the employee came down told him to go to his room, he should have kicked him out. The guy came back and pounded on our door at 8am and by this time I was over it. Staff came and told me they kicked him out but by this time I was sooo tired and just wanted to leave. Spent 300 dollars to get little sleep and have anxiety about the whole place didn’t even want to take kids swimming in pool (part of reason I picked this hotel) after this experience. They did give me $70 credit which I asked for. Not sure I would have gotten anything if I didn’t ask, was not worth the price for the condition of room/furniture and situation.

I like the fact that it has a spa and a pool. Even though you still have to cross the street for the pool.

I liked the location, the room was comfortable, and when we reported that the shower in our first room wasn't working, the staff got us relocated in a new room right away. Thank you!

The Jacuzzi was a little strange and not quite what we were expecting, so we didn't go in. The air conditioning, while comfortable, was a little noisy.

the room was dirty. floor was black when I wiped it with a paper towel. there was dirty trash not picked up. There were random people hanging in the back where the table was. the bed was very uncomfortable. Overall overpaid and no value.

They have guest rooms on the other side of the street. Close to good restaurants and within walking distance from downtown. Room was basic but well appointed. King bed was comfortable and heating worked as it should.

Parking a bit cramped and immediately off of the main road.
