Good Breakfast, very professional front desk attendants, room carpet had some stains as well as sofa.

Room booked hall a smell like insects, full new roll of toilet tissue had a smear on it, towels had hair, stains on carpet. Water leaked down from bathroom vent in new room. Front desk was very nice to provide another room.

Had a great stay, room was clean and location was good.

Such a warm welcome we received! Check-in was very easy. We were given a "handicapped accessible room", which we did not request or need. The staff member who checked us in tried to find us a regular room, at our request, because we were concerned about depriving appropriate accommodations from someone who needed such a room. There were no other rooms available, so we kept that room. Staff was very friendly- we were greeted with smiles and kind words. Room was very clean. Plenty of towels in the bathroom and bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was nice- scrambled eggs, bacon, cereals, bagels and danishes, as well as coffee, teas, and juices. Location is great for USF activities- very close! Not our first time staying here, and won't be our last.

There was nothing to dislike.

It was convenient and reasonably clean.

The maintenance and repairs are poorly done. I see a property heading in the wrong direction.

The breakfast was good..coffee can be better..they had waffle maker but egg skillet would be nice ..instead of boiled egg..the ac was good..outdoor patio was relaxing

Looked dirty the elevator steps carpet..the shower was horrible...it was trickle of water...everything needs upgrading...carpet walls tv is not smart tv...garbage can be bigger, its a busy spot but this hotel gives laquinta a bad reputation...I stayed in much better ones..

The staff were friendly. The suite was huge

Very dated. Old tacky furniture. Paint chipped on doors. The breakfast was just ok. For a whopping $200+ one night stay I was underwhelmed. Also people lingering in parking lot wasnt the nicest experience when coming back late at night.

The location was in front of the University

The carpets were very dirty. I needed to Check out at 11:00am and at 10:00 am there was a lady knocking on every door saying, “room service”. They are kicking people out before the check out time.
