Absolutely beautiful inn. Meticulously decorated and maintained. In the midst of an historic (colonial) area that I didn’t know existed.
Not a thing.

Clean, comfortable bed and breakfast. Nice alternative to chain hotels in the area.
Everything was fine

Beautifully appointed. Comfortable beds. Amazing staff. Out of this world breakfast. Located in the historic district of Burlington with so much character.
Our shower was a real disappointment. The showerhead and curtain were rigged up over an old style bathtub. The water in the tub did not drain out very fast so we were standing in water while we showered. Once the shower curtain is pulled shut there’s nothing to hang onto while you’re showering and the bottom of the tub was a bit slippery. everything else was wonderful. Too bad they cut corners on the shower arrangement in our room. This is the only reason I did not give the place a nine or 10 score.

This lovely little Inn was so pretty and well kept. Many antiques to look at. We enjoyed playing scrabble and watching tv in the sitting room on our floor, as we were trying to avoid being on our phones in our own little world. Breakfast was cooked hot and fresh with an additional offering of freshly baked biscuits and cinnamon rolls as well as yogurt and fruit. Sanee was a wonderful host and very friendly. She made us feel like we were long time friends or family. I would definitely stay here again if venturing to the area.
There was nothing about the Inn that we didn't like! We were surprised, however, that all of the nice little shops in the few blocks we walked closed very early (like 4-5 pm) or were not open at 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon.

Location - very pretty place, easy parking, and a lovely room with twin beds (which is so hard to find at B&B'S) that included a sitting area with private bathroom. Sanee was lovely and helpful, responding to our texts efficiently as she doesn't stay on the premises.
The room was very comfortable, but extra blankets in the closet would have been appreciated, since my sister felt cold during the night (no thermostat in the room).

The room was beatiful. I felt like a princess, steping up the little stairs to pile into a wonderful, four poster bed. The bathroom was attached and very nice, well equipped. I ate a specially made breakfast by the wonderful staff of the inn and I can not wait to go back. Thank you!
I wish there were a few more guests.

Breakfast is excellent, I would say custom-made. The house is beautiful and cozy. Alejandra and Tom are great hosts as also Phoebe, their lovely pet. We love this place!

The inn is beautiful. The breakfast, was delicious! The location couldn’t have been better-We really loved this place!
The height of the bed with steps and the little step into the bathroom was a little nerve-wracking. I would probably choose a different room if you have any mobility issues.

It is a unique place. Located in historical building standing there more than 300yrs. Beautiful in all details. Clean. I mean clean clean. No stinky carpeting. Nothing like that. Fully equipped kitchen so you ratcher consider this as appartment too. Very nice social spaces: dining room, living room... Breakfast served, you can ask what you like. Please don't get me wrong but this is the best place I visited in USA in whole my life and I was in many places there. Burlington is also very unique. I just cannot believe that I found this place just by accident.
I will not find anything by force

Loved everything about this place. Only stopped for one night and the owner went out of his way to send us pictures how to get in to the property out of hours.
The bed was so comfy and the room so quaint
Breakfast was delicious 😋
The grounds are delightful and peaceful
I'm a fussy lady and like all my home comforts but The Lily Inn was delightful

Hospitality, breakfast, location, claw-foot bathtub
Because of the age of the building, some sound transference is possible, but it is a beautiful building!

Jean at the Lily Inn helped make our family ancestry trip to Burlington a once in a lifetime experience. Exceptional inn, exceptional host. I wish her all the best, and will return again!

Delightful, warm, attentive staff. Beyond gorgeous, spacious comfortable room. The entire house was spectacular. Beautifully appointed and historic. I want to live there!! Quiet. Very comfortable bed. Lovely sitting area with fireplace.
Located on the Main Street in the little town with the riverfront less than a block away. Breakfast cooked to order. Excellent coffee. Snacks and beverages available 24/7. Spacious sitting room with large screen TV and comfortable furnishings across from our room. Hope we can get back there when we have more time.
I shared with them personally the following. The bed was so high that we needed a step stool to get in it. We are not young and I was afraid I might fall trying to get out of bed in the middle of the night. I guess we could have asked for a different room. Threshold to bathroom raised enough to be a trip hazard. Bathmat a trip hazard as it slid around. VERY little space for toiletries. Two people, one luggage rack. Steep, narrow staircase to second floor. No on-site parking.

I appreciated the feel of home.
The confirmation and specifics of the room stated that a T.V. was inside the room but it wasn’t. I had to step out of the bedroom to go into the T.V. room across the hall to watch T.V. Having a T.V. in my room while vacationing is a big deal to me.

Found the Inn very comfortable and inviting; it was like staying with relatives in beautiful surroundings. Jeanne was a perfect host for a B & B! My sister and I enjoyed our morning breakfast before we headed back to Boston. Kudos!!…and we plan to return!!
No negatives…

The owner, Jean, is very welcoming and helpful, and her dog Lucy made all of us smile. We felt very much at home and even enjoyed leftovers, from the great Italian restaurant down the street, in the well appointed kitchen. The garden, the nearby river and town center are a treasure.

The Lily Inn was a last minute surprise discovery as I searched for a place to stay not far from Bristol, PA. It was one of the most beautiful B&Bs I’ve ever stayed in! Breakfast was wonderful, especially after Covid when B&B breakfasts were a to-go paper bag with nothing very special. The proprietor, Jean, was a lovely person. Would love to go back!

First morning was a "to-go" breakfast with an egg sandwich and yogurt. It was fine, just not the typical sit down meal at a BnB. The second morning was the traditional sit down meal with French Toast and eggs, that was very good. To be fair, it was mentioned that our second morning was the first sit down breakfast served since the pandemic began 15 months ago. Also, the bathroom in the room was had was outstanding; Fully updated, spacious, very clean!
Not much not to like. Was the bed the most comfortable, no, but it's what you'd expect at a BnB.

this was my second stay in the inn. It’s very nice.
I had been booked into the room with a jacuzzi but the day before there was a plumbing problem. I was upgraded to a different very nice room as a result but I missed the jacuzzi. Things happen. Nobody’s fault. And it was handled nicely. Thank you.

Jean was exceptionally polite and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was cozy and inviting. The antique shops and how nice everyone was made it a trip to remember. Everything was beyond wonderful. Highly recommend!
