Rooms were nice and clean. Staff freindly. Easy to get to.

Very friendly staff. Clean and new carpet in halls and rooms. Big slide at pool was closed but that was disclosed when booking.

Staff was incredibly freindly and helped me deal with a forgotten coat and jacket. The were able to reunite me with my items. The breakfast and quiet rooom were very appreciated.

The staff upon arrival was very rude! I got a phone call asking if I needed handicap and I told them no but when I booked my room and said I got ground floor and that’s what I wanted was ground floor! Then she said, but you don’t need handicap I said if you can get me a room ground floor that’s not handicap that’s fine but I want ground floor once again! Then she asked again I said no I don’t need handicap, but I do want my ground floor room! How many times do you have to tell someone the same thing! then she proceeded to ask if I was showing up that day I said yes I booked a room for that day. I will be there. We literally had an hour still before check-in and from my understanding you don’t have to check in exactly at check-in time. when we first arrived at check in the lady at the desk was rude! she asked me if I had another card cause she said mine declined when I showed her that I had more then enough to cover the room she asked me multiple times then my card finally worked. it wasn’t my card it was the system but I didn’t need her rude attitude! We had to ask multiple times for extra towels every day and for them to take the dirty ones. we would ask before we left for the day and we would come back hours later notice they still have not brought towels or took the dirty ones so we would ask again before we left to get something to eat. Then we would have to ask again when we arrived for the night. Bad customer service!

The pool is great for families with toddlers. The king suite had a 2 person spa tub.

The snow storm. The slide for the pool area was out of order.

Everything was exceptionally clean. The staff was pleasant and efficient.

The drain in the bathtub/shower wasn’t working. The hotel was definitely overpriced for what you get and the facilities.

Internet did not work at all

The rooms were fairly new looking and were very clean. The hotel was very quiet which we appreciated. Staff was nice.

We were unable to use the phone in our room because it didn’t work and one of the lights were out above one of the beds and the freezer in the refrigerator had so much ice on it and in it that we couldn’t put food in it that we purchased. When we told the Desk clerk about these issues she really didn’t offer a solution to them. We asked her if they had a freezer we could put the food that we purchased in. She did say we could use their freezer for the night. The refrigerator was fine.

Facility is dated. Interior is drab, lighting is poor. Breakfast quality was poor. Feel the stay was extremely overpriced for what was delivered.
