we took our 7 year old because he wanted to stay in a hotel and swim for his birthday. The splash pad was broken. The swimming pool was beyond freezing. I went to the front desk and asked about it and the guy argued with me that it wasn’t cold that it was always 88 degrees. I told him it was freezing! He was obviously put out but agreed to come in to check it. After 5-10 minutes, he did finally came in and checked and he did find that somehow something had gotten turned off and the pool was much colder than 88 degrees. He said it would be warm by in the morning so since we had to leave the next morning before the pool opened again, my seven year old did not get swim for his birthday! Later that night, our entire room began smelling like marijuana. My husband went down to the front desk and spoke with him about it and he said he would take care of it. Well over an hour later, the smell in our room was only getting worse not better. I called and explained that the smell was only getting worse. He said that he came up there but didn’t smell anything. I suggested that he come up to our room and smell it. He eventually did come up tho our room and did say that he could smell something but he knows what pot smells like and he’s not sure that was it. He said the only thing he could do for me was to give me some air freshener or I could move rooms. My children were already asleep so I didn’t want to wake them up, etc. I explained that I wanted him to find who was smoking pot and ask them to stop! He again told me he could give me some air freshener. I had a severe migraine by this point because the smell was so bad. I said I guess I should just go knock on all the doors until I find it so he can see that someone was in fact smoking pot. He said that if I did that then he would have to kick me out of the hotel. He was extremely rude, very unhelpful, very unprofessional. His name was Phillip.

Clean facility and room. Comfortable bed

Arrived late due to family function. Upon arrival front desk worker wasn't the friendliest person. Could be the late arrival but just did not feel welcoming.

Comfortable and clean room. Great location. Shopping and restaurants in the area with hotel.

Juice machine wasn't working properly at breakfast.

Breakfast was fine. I did not eat much of it because I was there to meet with family so I grabbed a muffin and went to meet up with family. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Other guests were very loud even late at night, yelling and slamming doors.
