The property was clean and comfortable.

My towels were dirty the people next to us were extremely loud and drunk. People were in the hallways half naked. The people next to us were beating on the adjoining door as if they were trying to get in. When my husband told the staff nothing was done. This morning when I checked out I was told I had to call the tomorrow to speak with a manager and there was nothing they could do until then. After leaving the hotel and getting back in the road headed home I realized the girl who checked me in overcharged my card. Nothing has been done about this and I have to wait until tomorrow. The hotel is too nice for guests to not be able to rest due to parties and loud noise. And to be overcharged after a terrible experience like that is crazy! Hopefully I am contacted by the property as all my efforts so far has been unsuccessful.

It was clean; the staff were friendly and accommodating; and the coffee was great! Check-in & check-out was fast and easy!

There was a huge gap under our front door that allowed an insane amount of noise in. We were unlucky to be roomed in the same hall as a young football team who would frequently knock on each others doors, letting the doors slam constantly. Luckily placing a towel at the door helped this part. However, we were in a room with a conjoining door that did nothing as far as noise elimination from next door. You could hear the neighbors clear as day while they hung out in the next door room which consistently disturbed our pet. Hotel can be that much better by just these minor fixes to the doors.

The front desk staff was friendly & you could park outside of your window if you had a first floor room. It was fairly affordable when traveling with pets.

Our bedsheets smelled like mildew & the room felt dirty. It definitely could use some updates throughout but mostly the linens as they were at end of life.

Bed and the hotel was relatively quiet.

Older facility. Layout is not typical. Entrance is on the 2nd floor and my room was on the 1st floor down a long hall. I was not given directions to my room and I ended up taking the scenic route through the hotel to my room.

Beautiful hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were so comfortable, and the room was very large for us to fit our puppy in.

Everything was above my expectations. Friendly staff, great location, and comfortable. Didn't do the breakfast.

Not the fault of the hotel.....but there was a youth football team or two staying at the hotel, and they were pretty loud. Also, the bathroom was a bit small to me.

It was easy to drive from.

The photos make hotel seem modern and well attended. On arrival, hotel was run down, gave an appearance of being past its hay day and a bit sketchy. Room was below ground and dungeon like. Breakfast was awful and some of food was turning bad.

Location is great, close to UAMS Hospital

Bed is way too soft. First room they put us in the blind on the window was down & broken. Tooks over an hour to get things resolved to move us to a different room. We got in late, and my husband and I needed to get showered & to bed as we had to be at the hospital by 5 am. Due to the room issue, we got less than 2 hours of sleep.
