The stove was terrible. The hallway needs new carpet. It snelled.

This place was filthy. There roaches in my room. I didn't feel safe and had the nerve to charge a security deposit. Please by pass this.olace.

I don't think the price of 89 plus tax is worth the roaches and clover mites in the room.. the shower faucets where not installed properly so cold was hot and hot was cold.. it was roaches everywhere. Even on the elevator. And breakfast is just a muffin and coffee at 109 a night I should be able to have continental breakfast I had to walk over to the adjacent hotel just to get a real breakfast.. eggs.. sausage biscuits gravy..

The staff was great. I didn't stay. The room was full of Mosquitoes, blood stains all around from people trying to kill them. Marijuana smell in the hallway. Was instructed by my company not to use Extended Stay again for business. Still waiting for refunds to hit my account.

If I told the truth, The health department would be present, Code enforcement, etc ... Smh, this place is tragic and The employees are HORRIBLE.

How they were comfortable to lie in my face about payments that was made and they claimed every one was declined. I showed Bank statements as my proof and called the booking agency multiple times for verifications

I liked how roomy the room was. Felt home like. Comfortable and quiet. I like it being inside door locks felt safe.

Never got my refund for charge of room had to rebuy a room on arrival from property due to arriving after 12 am. Light bulb blew in bathroom as my daughter was about to shower. The elevator got stuck we had to take the stairs to leave.

The staff was poorly engaging and the facility itself is a dump. I feel I was bamboozled and I even asked for a refund and left. Trash left in the hallways, waiting to be picked up. The facility reek of all types of smoke and unsanitary odor. Rooms were not fresh nor updated a little bit. Furniture was in very bad shape. The guest were even unsatisfactory. I hated it. The scent was stuck in our clothes after leaving for hours.

The first two front desk carts were nice but there was this this one clerk I ran into her at about checkout time she was very rude would not let me speak and was treating me like I was not supposed to be here I let her know that I was extending my stay and it had already paid for it. And before she left out of my presence told me that she's going to go downstairs and check instead of believing me made me feel very uncomfortable and very rude.

I didn’t get room service not one time in 2 weeks I had to bring my sheets and towels to the front desk for new ones embarrassing. So the garbage is in the halls at the ends by the stairs and doesn’t get thrown away and piles up disgusting and the stairs wells never get cleaned throw up was sitting there with condoms 😳 disgusting! No smoke alarm in my room no phone had to ask for one. Kitchen wear they gave me was a joke!They gave me pots with excessively peeling surfaces meaning couldn’t use. i paid almost 500 to stay there for a week DISAPPOINTING!

The place was dirty and it smelled like animals. The rooms were very out of date.. the beds were hard. There was no remote for tv. The vending machine didn't work. There was no ice bucket. I felt very unsafe. There was a big dog next door that was trying to get the wall. The carpet had holes in it. The hall and elevator had trash in it.. very disappointed.

Room was dirty, hallways smelled lot pot. Someone was smoking pot in their room and set off the fire alarm, absolutely ridiculous. Parking lot looked and smelled like a garbage dump.

There are holes in the walls, the overall appearance of the hotel is poor, there are stains on the couch and old appliances not what I expected since i last stayed at this location. There is trash all around not satisfied at all.
