Hotel is great!
A/C in the room a little hot but I think that's an easy thing to fix

The stafff were nice. They listened to my concrns.
The room smelled musty. We got there at 2am, so we just dealt with it.
Breakfast was even more limited than the typical continental breakfast.

The Quality Inn is very comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The parking lot is a bit tight, but adequate.
Although the breakfast was good, it could be improved upon by adding a few more selections or varieties of items.

What I appreciated the most was the friendliness of the staff. The customer service was unmatched. Especially the morning lady. The hotel was very clean and it wasn’t too far from shopping centers in either direction. Quality Inn is always my first choice no matter where I go❤️

The bathroom was very clean. Newer shower head, nice. Bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty.

Staff was incredible, property well-lit and easily accessible. Enjoyed the space and it was clean!
Seems every hotel has blinds/drapes that refuse to close all the way. Only thing I’d change.

I loved the courteous team that I encountered throughout my stay in Little Rock. Both were extremely courteous and accommodating. They handled my issues with a smile and made me feel comfortable. They were exceptional and seem to enjoy what they do.
The rooms all smelled like what I can only describe as mold. The first room I was given was a no the moment I opened the door. The second room was accepted however there was an issue with the air conditioner which made my nights rest very uncomfortable. The third room was fine - minus the smell. I have to say that I will not stay in this hotel again for that reason and that reason alone.

Food choice, I do understand the COVID situation but fruit would have been great. Due to that I had to get breakfast elsewhere.

Our room smelt a little weird as well as we could hear the people above us all night.

The convenient location and availability.
The power went out at the hotel for several hours, and the hotel either did not have a generator or it was inoperable. We were without electricity for several hours.

Lots of restaurants near the hotel! Room was a good size and very comfortable. Staff was very nice!
