Very good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Able to be all in one room with 3 queen beds. Would like to have had table/ chairs to play games as a family

The staff was super friendly and the location was fantastic!
The breakfast was pretty tasteless, pool was chilly and the hot tub was luke warm at best. The biggest issue though was that I had no idea going in that the hotel was still under construction... I stayed two nights, the first was okay. The second however was horrible! I tried for a nap twice, both times the fire alarms started going off and woke me up. The staff didn't bother to notify anyone of what was going on and that it was a false alarm both times. Thanks to something the workmen did, the plumbing to my room went out. Maintenance wasn't able to fix it, so they had to have me move to a different room. There was no apology for the inconvenience, no offer to give a discount or something for the trouble! This hotel was more expensive than where I would usually stay, but I decided to splurge a little and get a better hotel on my trip, and this was a total bust! For the price, I expected much better.

Convenient
The room was small the air conditioning was horrible the room was hot and uncomfortable the whole night, the bed was very uncomfortable, no curtains in the room only a see through blinds and the lights from the highway sine right in the window all night

They had breakfast. Looks like remodeling taking place.
Stains on comforter. Air conditioning only worked on high fan setting. Severe shoddy repair work on bath tub faucet. Large repair hole on closet side of faucet. looked like the entire faucet hardware held together with zip ties. Lamp in room really only stayed up if it was leaned up on the wall. Substantial remodeling seems to be going on while hotel is still operating.

Traveled with my family my daughter forgot her phone in the hotel room. We called back to the hotel as soon as we knew it was missing and the staff told us the cleaning crew did not find anything. Mind you it was my daughters phone so I had her location turned on and it showed the phone location was still in the hotel. Called back and asked again. And no one knew anything. They told me they would go check and call me, never received a called. after a few calls the phone was turned off and location was not available.
The staff is not honest and truthful. Literally stole from us in plain sight. The location of my phone always said it was in the hotel until phone was turned off.

the hot tub is just a warm bath that gets really cold very quickly. there is a ton of construction. not worth what they said the discount price was to compensate. the gym was not worth calling a gym.

What we liked:
*Staff was pleasant and accommodating
*Bed was comfortable
*Pool was warm enough to swim and was clean
*Breakfast had good variety, but a few missing elements
*Hotel is attempting to upgrade and renovate. Some of the changes -- such as new carpet -- are nice.
*Entire hotel under construction; construction detritus everywhere, dust, chemical smell,
*Some of the work and new items are cheaply done. Exp.: Corners in hallway on third floor are shoddily finished and look chipped and incomplete. Hotel just painted over bad work.
*The window in our room was poorly fitted and when the wind escalated overnight, we suffered through a night of howling, roaring wind noises in our room making it near impossible to sleep.
*At breakfast, although the variety was nice, there was no microwave to heat oatmeal; refrigerators and freezers are not quite cold enough (ice cream in lobby was melty). Orange juice was WAY watered down and tasted horrible.
*Hotel is a little bit confusing to get to and no great parking close to room. Some side doors did not work. Long walks from lobby to rooms at opposite end of hotel.

Very friendly and nice staff
The TV was hard to navigate. Rhe bathroom tub had stains. The hallway carpets were dirty. The bed has a memory foam mattress not my favorite hard to move around. Having said this they are remodeling so will be better soon.

we love this location! they are in the middle of a remodel and seeing them working so hard yet not skipping a beat in being kind , keeping the facilities very clean and operational. we will continue to book at this location every time we’re in the area! excited to see the upgrades on the next trip through.

Went for my granddaughters birthday. The pool was freezing. I just don't know why you think you don't need to heat a indoor pool. Flood over to hottub so the hottub was cold. If they would heat the pool and heat the hottub. Wouldn't be a bad place.

Breakfast and Breakfast lady was really nice
The housekeeping had their child maybe like 3 years old in our room while cleaning, there was blood on the shower curtain, the whole hotel smelled like smoke, the pool was closed. We ended up leaving the hotel a day early.

I wasn’t offered a different room or discount and had to go buy my own bug spray to kill the ants.
I asked (twice) for the room to be cleaned while we were out but it was not. we got clean towels and the trash can was emptied only.
