The staff was very personable and friendly! They were eager to help when we asked for extra bedding for the pull-out! Also, It was super quiet, so I was able to get a great night's sleep.
I was a little uneasy when I could see quite a bit of light coming through the door, but we were able to lock the deadbolt and the latch and didn't have any problems whatsoever!

Helpful staff. The room was unacceptable and we left with a refund.
A/C didn’t work and there was no maintenance or other room available. In addition, a bizarre wiring setup disabled all the outlets in the room if you turned all the lights out. I sleep with a CPAP, and didn’t really want all the lights on. We ended up leaving the hotel in the middle of the night.

AC unit was very cold. couldn’t regulate temperature. TV used Direct TV that didn’t work at first. Breakfast had no juice & choices were very disappointing. The cost was way to high for the quality offered.

THE BREAKFAST WAS REALLY GOOD, GREAT CHOICES! LOVED THAT I COULD TAKE MY PET, THE ROOM WAS BEAUTIFUL! THE FRONT DESK PERSON WAS VERY HELPFUL, EVEN OFFERED TO HELP ME TAKE MY BAGS TO MY CAR, SO SWEET!

was close to everything . rooms seemed cleaned . breakfast was good . food was hot and fresh .
the doors to rooms slammed when other guests were coming in and out . i tried to be conscious of this as I came and went . it was just really loud. i could hear ppl foot steps above me . luckily they didn’t stay up late .

The staff was incredible!
Nowhere did you list that it is under renovation. Our room was partially cleaned. The television was not installed properly. The hot tub was filled with beer cans and trash.

Nice location for such a bad hotel.
They are remodeling and had I known that I would not have booked the room. I booked a king, got a small cramped room with 2 queens. My keys didn’t work. The property is filthy, no breakfast. No vending and ice only on the first floor. My keys didn’t work. I want a refund.
