person at desk had us run debit card 3 times third time it was transaction complete she said no it did not go through. I then pulled up bank account and there it was pending we then paid cash we had to have somewhere to sleep. I asked for a reciept she said she would have us one in AM the next morning she said she had no reciept to give us I even asked her to write it out and she refused we paid twice for room

The staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate us. The price was reasonable.

No breakfast due to Covid. The refrigerator leaked water on the floor. Only two towels for 4 residents. We were forced to take a smoking room since all non smoking rooms on the ground floor were occupied.

The material on the ceilings were falling off and the bathroom ceilings had black mold on them. We found dead bugs in the bathroom.

The location of the hotel was the only thing we enjoyed

The hotel was very dirty. So many stains on the walls and the carpet within the hotel was very dirty. The sheets on our beds were stained with what looked like blood. Towels were not white they were yellow and old. When we removed the covers there was crums on both beds. Its looked like they just rolled up the covers for the next guest. The bathtub and toilet had a yellow ring. I have never staying in a hotel that was this dirty. If I call a health inspector iI know it was fail.

The hotel was very dirty, had a bad odor, hallways were hot with floor fans running. Dog food was all over the floor of the room, so the room was not cleaned appropriately. Two tiny old towels in the bathroom. Advertised a pool and hottub - not true it was completely filled in with grass. Advertised continental breakfast, not true just one pot of coffee sitting out that was nasty. The desk clerk on check in was not friendly at all. We will never stay at another Rodeway Inn.

They don't need to advertise having a working pool and hot breakfast because they do not have either one. The front desk people have a very bad attitude especially when asking a simple question. Get mad when you give an answer they don't want to hear.

for starters I had asked for a downstairs room because i have really bad knees and cannot be climbing stairs well they put me in an upstairs room and apparently didn’t have anymore downstairs rooms and they didn’t have an elevator, pool is covered with dirt no breakfast like it says in the website there was no towels at all in the room and when i asked for some they gave me two and i asked for more because there was four of us and he said no that there is only two towels per room. Coffee was watered down and straight up gross. The vending machines cokes and snacks were not working upstairs and downstairs, both upstairs and down stairs ice machines were not working either and when i asked about them he said that is not my department i just check people in… WOW!!!! I dont like writing reviews but this hotel is just not very good I give it a -5 but i have to give it 1 because it wont let me… I do not recommend this hotel at all. Also in the room the smoke detector was literally hanging from the ceiling by wires…. awful awful

I can't think of one thing that I liked about this location aside from the location to where I needed to be.

I did not like anything. I ended up not staying at the location due to the filthiness' and odor. Starting with the lobby, dirty carpet, bad odor, the rooms were dusty, bed sheet were stained, security latches were torn off, and I left after seeing all that. I recommend that the location be inspected. If this hotel passes inspection, it makes me wonder what the standards are for them. I understand that nothing will be done because I am one person and some people still continue to stay there. But I thought that I'd take the time to answer.
