Easy access, friendly staff and good value

TV in room had a line running across screen that affected viewing. Shower had no cold water. Went from hot to extremely hot. Sink faucet had no aerator so flow was very strong. Bathroom needed a thorough cleaning as walls had a hair on the wall above left side of toilet

It was dirty, inside and outside, mold on the corners of tub, tub dirty, toilet, floor full of dirt,…see for yourself in the pictures I will attempt to send you!

The lady at the front desk was very nice and the room was very spacious.

There was no maintenance done to the buildings and the physical building itself was in disrepair. Our room was filthy and smelled like a urinal. The towels were The floors in the room were sticky and left the bottoms of your feet black. And our door had obviously been kicked in and never really repaired so it didn’t close correctly. Additionally, the neighborhood was questionable with lots of shady folks loitering outside and so much noise.

Was in an ok area but the staff was nice and we got a discount at the Denny’s next door with your key card.

The restroom was dirty and they didn’t refill the toilet paper.

The front desk clerk was very polite. The size of the room was good.

The pool was closed. The outside of the property is not being cleaned. The walkways were dirty and need to be washed. The rugs at the entrance of the rooms were dirty. The bathroom of the room I stayed in had a dirty bathtub. The shower curtain was dirty at the bottom. There was mold on the wall near the mirror. The drain was clogged in the bathtub. The television in the living area did not work.

Hated absolutely everything.

This “hotel” is an absolute joke. My husband and I arrived there and the staff was rude, hotel was not clean (bugs smashed into the walls, hair all over the bathtub and shower, sheets weren’t washed, holes all over the walls in the room, bugs in the bed, mold in the drain, unwashed and stained towels). We didn’t feel comfortable staying the night even though it was 11:00 at night when we arrived, so we explained the situation to the staff and kindly asked for a refund so that we could stay somewhere else. The lady at the front desk argued with me about what time I checked in (which was false and irrelevant?) and then checked me out without giving me a refund. Disgusting place, and rude staff. The parking lot was unsafe and sketchy. Worst experience I’ve ever had, will NEVER stay at a La Quinta again. Wish we took more pictures of how bad it was, but we were in such a hurry to get out.

Canceled room... room Super smelled like cleaning products. White bath tub was mostly black. Overall room was a complete disappointment.

Breakfast was well put out for quantity of people. Location was very good for me, put in middle of all businesses

Are room had fleas or some kind of bug in it and it had some mold on the bathroom ceiling

we were in town for. a funeral and wanted something close.

The room wasn’t fully clean, The AC didn’t work so it was hot. The remote for the TV didn’t work so we were never able to turn it on. The breakfast had expired yogurts and there was flies in the bread and bagel box. when I brought it up to the Manager he did nothing.

Same thing it is clean for execution of the floor which gets dirt on the. Bed And the pool is always closed for maintenance

There was maggots crawling on the floor , walls were disgusting, floor was disgusting, the smell was horrible. We didn’t even bother staying in the room .

Lights did not work, towels were not clean looking seemed to have unremovable stains even after washing, breakfast selection was most limited,no chair to sit by desk, micro needed to be moved to plug in, coffee maker was hard to insert pod, water tasted badly, noinside lock latch on door, ac was most noisey, no phone for wake up or messaging service, etc. etcl.

The price was decent for the location.

Very dirty rooms. When I asked for clean towels and blankets, they said they didn't have any. Asked for some spray cleaner so I could wipe some stuff down because it was so dirty, he said he didn't have any.

The tv shows. The charge port next to tv. The water was very hot for a nice hot shower and bath. Fully stocked on toiletry and kitchen items. Towels were clean and fresh. The ac unit worked and kept room nice and cold.

I didn’t like it is located next to a shop where you can hear the fork lift making noise as it does when put in reverse so early such as 7-9am central time. I didn’t like the bed sheets had yellow stains on bottom feet area. I didn’t like the fact it says they serve breakfast and there is no eggs.

Bed was comfy and room was nice and cool!

Was given first room which had no bulbs! There was no maintenance available. Restroom was filthy and it smelled. There was so many flies right outside the door because of dog poop, which also smelled so bad. We were moved to next room and clerk rented out the same no light room to another family, which made no sense.

The inn was dirty, the drains would not drain in the sink and shower put a complaint and it was not fixed and no offers to move to a room that had working posits. The room was dusty the walls to the bathroom are dirty.

I asked 3 times to get my room cleaned and they didn't clean it, I reserved a double room and they gave me a regular room for the same price and I couldn't cancel because there were no other last minute hotels.

The place was dirty.

First 2 days of stay was ok for breakfast, last 4 days staff did not have anything stocked up. Was out of everything at 830am. And staff was just on their phone just sitting behind counter.

First room I had was disgusting. Had to get switched. Pool nasty, refrigerator didn't work, plug outlets didn't work.

Dirty linens. When front desk was asked for 2 whole sets of fresh linens because I had 2 queen beds that needed to be changed. I was only given 1 fitted sheet and 1 regular sheet. Cigarette ashes and tobacco was all over the room. All over the vanity. All over the floor. We had a none smoking room.
