I liked that the price was affordable for a last minute trip.
We booked and paid via Expedia recommended to us by the lady at the front desk at this location. Then when we arrived we were.charged again. I was told card not charged at time of voting so we decided to pay cash.
Turns out we were hustled. My card was.charged and she took cash. Hiw does this work?

Clean room, very convenient location : only a few minutes drive to Corpus Christi, good Wifi, breakfast OK, pool OK, good room size, with fridge and microwave oven.

We had 2 rooms. One the AC didn’t work but the hotel was full so we couldn’t move. The other rooms AC was leaking so the following night we had to move rooms, and the tub was gross. The new room spelt so bad we had to spray air freshener
Hallways were very hot

The rooms AC could go very low and it stayed cool all night long. Breakfast was amazing as well, a little busy if you got up later.
It was really hot in the hallways in some areas but that was kind of it.

Staff was great, the continental breakfast surprised me with the amount of options. A/C in the room was worked wonderfully. Pool closes at 10pm.
The carpets did seem to need a cleaning, and the I wish the shower had more pressure. Over all though, I'd stay again.

when I first got there the room wasn't ready, waited then, Slow check in system went down not checked in for and hour, no offer to compensate or to check out at later date. Everything else was fine except for that part

The room is not clean. A lot of Mosquitos in the parking lot. Lack of parking spots.

people were super helpful and nice
breakfast area was crowded some people had their pets in the eating/sitting area which I didn’t care for, staff did approach one of the owners and she became upset stating it was her right to have her pet there I don’t know what the policy is, not the hotels fault

The establishment was clean the staff was polite they offered breakfast every morning 24 hour customer service at the front desk

I loved the size of the room.
The dogs barking all hours of the night. TV had been damaged, door to the bathroom looked like it was chewed and mold in the shower under the soap rack. No hand soap to wash hands had to use body wash.

the breakfast was decent and the staff in the breakfast area were great.
they charge an “incidental” fee of over $100 and when asked about it, the staff gets aggressive and rude. The hotel is smelly, things are generally in disrepair. The pillows are horrid.

Price was fair and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was decent, but it didn't start early enough for us.
Pet friend hotel made for a noisy stay with barking all through the night. Kids running in the halls very late at night and the location is far away from anything, fun, food, stores.

breakfast was good, pool and laundry room was nice . has good snack bar and drink station in lobby.
was very far/secluded from lots of places , like beach, etc . but was also our fault for not checking better beforehand. didn't think it'd be that far. asked housekeeper to clean room and give towels twice, only took out trash but on our third/final day .

the elevator seemed like it could stop working at any minute. the other guests were never told to settle down they yelled and ran through the hall all night.
