Amazing views, lovely property
Restaurant choices were not healthy.

The staff was great, and the gentleman checking us in was very friendly.
The heating system was shut down due to replacing it. Had an electric heater to warm the room. Couldn't get the room above 65 degrees. Food in the restaurant at 9 pm was warm at best had fish and chips.

Stayed here msny times before but this time the TV in room did not work. Took 2 hours for IT staff and the still couldn't fix it. Finally ee were relocated to another room. When you only stay for one night it is a bit annoying. Staff was friendly though.

The staff were very nice and helpful, the rooms and the hotel as a whole was very clean, the casino was nice, the restaurants were great, the view was great and the show we saw was fantastic!
Only complaint was that the bathroom lights were going out and the beds were a little too firm. Other than that it was great!

One staff member was not very helpful. We went to the upstairs dining area about twenty minutes before closing and asked if we could get a desert to go and were tole it would be impossible since we were five minutes past the last seating. I explained we did not want to go in the dining area just wanted something to take to our room but was refused service. We will remember this.

Convenient, for other destinations also. Great place to meet up with friends. Really good restaurants. Good place for fun dates.
For weekdays prices are a bit high.

The parking lot by the entrance was closed for maintenance and no valet. The toilet was short. The bed wasn’t comfortable like we’d hoped - it was hard and felt cheap.

Furnishings, carpets can only be described as tired. Towels and linens are suitable for budget motel. Air conditioning unit noisy.

Relaxing atmosphere; close to sites we wanted to visit; peaceful view of Padilla Bay, mountains, water.
Toilets coudl be upgraded to high-rise - too short for older people with stiff joints.

Front desk staff were reluctant to honour signature players rewards birthday promotion. They gave different explanations why, including booking through your site
Eventually offered partial refund worth less than half promotion. More annoyed about the lack of a clear explanation than the money
