The Bed was comfortable and I slept well because I checked in late and I was really tired from a long day of traveling.

Both the night checkin staff and the morning staff were unpleasant to deal with. Unfriendly. The main issue was there was NO HOT WATER!!!! I complained at checkout and the clerk said the boiler was off. She said I would need to contact the owner for discount or to complain. No empathy at all. Also there was a plumbing issue. Toilet would barely flush and there were dead roaches in the shower.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Reasonably priced. Manager (Ken) was awesome to work with.

The woman at the check in was rude and unfriendly

Rooms were clean and location convenient for work.

People in parking lot were very loud, music playing. Made it hard to sleep.
