Very clean. Also the people friendly and with being directly downtown you have everything at your convenience. Parking wasn’t bad as well. Over all 8/10

Detrick the valet and Gary the bartender, were beyond exceptional. These two men need a raise!

The location was excellent for exploring Richmond. Close to many restaurants and walking distance to museums. Lobby offers convenient breakfast and had a nice bar area.

Valet parking (although convenient) was $32.00 per night. Next time we’ll use a different parking garage.

too expensive for the size of the rooms. way too many extra charges. the 1.50 charge for the app for tipping the valet parking drivers is offensive. that alone will make me never choose this place again

I loved the location. It was exactly what we wanted to be able to walk around the city for meals and our main excursion, going to the convention center.

A menu in the room listing the food options would have been helpful. We didn’t eat at the hotel, mainly because we didn’t know what was available and don’t really want to take the time to figure it out when we got downstairs. At that point, we were too hungry and just went out to find something to eat.

my daughter fell in tub no mat and fridge was broke. pull out bed was stained and terrible to sleep in.
