Liked the cleanliness of the hotel. The beds were very comfortable. We slept cool.
The front desk lady was confused about the new check-in system. She was incorrect about holds on our account, which made us very leary.
The next morning, no one was at the front desk area. He was in the breakfast area instead. Customers were at the front desk waiting. They just left. I guess they got tired of waiting. We were watching from the breakfast area.

Loved the beds. Very comfortable. Extremely clean. Very impressed with the size of the room. Plenty of towels. Helpful staff. And very quiet inspite of being so close to the expressway. Would most definitely stay here again.

Nice location clean hotel it’s easy to get to all the stuff around the mall. It’s also close to the interstate for Easy travels
Parking lot is completely screwed up Hard to get to the main area around the mall and do not take any trailer in the parking lot no turn around for trailers

Whenever I am in town, I always choose this hotel.
Very minor, told front desk upon checkout, door to room 204 would stick, hard to open/close

I appreciated the staff - friendly, professional, helpful. I mostly appreciated the fact that my room was cleaned prior to checking out - hotels just don't do this anymore. The breakfast looked great (I did not eat, but my family enjoyed), and the coffee was fabulous!!!! Thank you.

This property was very clean. The beds were so very comfortable and the pillows were comfortable and we got more than enough. It was centrally located with shopping and food very near. It is also right off the interstate.
Out fridge didn’t get cold.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was included and was very good. Lots of outlets. Towels were very nice and fluffy. They had an exercise room. Elevators were clean and relatively fast. TV was nice and large. AC was working.
We had a smart tv, and wanted to watch Netflix, however the TV did not have an Ethernet cable and there were not instructions on how to connect to the internet. The other thing was the AC seemed to go “off” for an extended period of time then the room would get too warm - making for a very restless night.

When you go into the lobby and smell Insense, you know people from India run the place. The comode seat was broken and slid around when you sat on it. The comode handle was broken.
