There was no breakfast, coffee was the only thing served.

The bed looked like someone had laid on it. The sheets were not clean and the pillows should’ve been thrown out. The floor to the room was filthy. There was only one towel and when that was brought to the front desk’s attention, I was told “housekeeping is gone for the day.”

I know motel 6 is cheaper than everyone else. however that doesn’t mean it should be dirty and lacking essentials. #1 ice bucket had some kind of red residue under the lid. took up front. instead of giving us a new one. they threw it away, and did not give another one or apologize. mildew in bathroom. tub was dirty. too numerous things to say.

Decent location off the highway about a 10 minute drive from down town. Standard motel 6 amenities.

The staff was awful. Had the displeasure of interacting with a few different people at the front desk and none of them were overly friendly or helpful. They were never there when you went to the lobby and always seemed annoyed to provide assistance. We have been staying at many motel 6 locations across the country as we travel and they have been great overall, but the staff here made it less enjoyable. To cap it off, we requested a 1 hour extension for departure as we had a change in plans. They were completely rude about the request and of course didn’t allow it. They said it was because of cleaning but the place was essentially empty when we were leaving and it was a Sunday, so it was pretty obvious they didn’t need the room right away. Either way, staff can make or break your experience, and as with other reviews, it’s clear this staff could use a lesson in customer service.

without forewarning, even though I had made the reservations online and said I had a pet, I had to pay a cash only hundred dollar deposit. I was a little suspicious, but handed over the hundred dollars. The clerk did not even offer a receipt. I had to ask for one, so he tore off the corner of a piece of paper and wrote pet deposit $100 and handed it to me. I was a little concerned all night if I would see my money again, but it was returned in the morning after they checked the room to make sure our Chihuahua hadn’t torn it to pieces.
