Someone had peed in the toiled and there was a drop of urine on the seat. Probably a cleaning guy. Otherwise room as clean and neat as could be.

I didn't like anything at all
Once we got to the front desk, there was a really bad tobacco smell ,but once we were in the room, the smell was worse and more horrible .The AC vent had mold and smelled like it .
There were little cockroaches everywhere, but the worst part was the smell like mold and tobacco.
Really, really bad experience.
Never never back again...

The lady at the front desk was a blessing…. She made sure we had everything we needed and answered all questions we asked… she was very friendly and polite… the best front desk clerk I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with…. Can’t say enough good things about her
The bath tub sink and kitchen counters along with the coffee pot could have been cleaned a little better and the floors could have been mopped… but our overall stay was great so I’m not complaining

I arrived early, and the person at the front desk could tell I was tired and checked with the cleaners to see if my room was cleaned. While she was waiting on a report from the cleaners, she also checked to see if there was something similar to what I booked clean. Wonderful customer service. I will be returning.
There was an odor to the lobby when I checked in bur the next morning when I came downstairs it was gone.

That the shower water wasn’t Hot enough but no further complaints. Room was as picture.

I didn’t like the smell or the room. it was very dirty and the whole place had a bad smell.

The only good thing about this place is the location and front desk personnel.
The room I stayed in was filthy. The floors needed a good mopping, there’s was white powered all over the microwave and sink. The oven didn’t even work. There were holes and roaches in the walls.

Breath of fresh air. unfortunately this trip from Jersey has been spent looking for my travel trailer that was stolen directly after we had a fire in our home. So it's been an odd vacation. Still getting a little relaxation in. The staff here and the staff at booking were very swift to fix the issue I had with my booking when I first arrived. They are very personable and a joy to interact with.
Not enough time to do all the fun Myrtle stuff. We are here a few more days hopefully my travel trailer shows up soon and we can enjoy the rest of our trip here doing all of the fun things Myrtle has to offer us Yankees.

the room has a bad smell, you can't sleep because of the strong smell of humidity and cigarette, we passed the night with windows open

Front desk clerks were nice and very cordial.
For the price we paid, it did not satisfy the price.The room had a very bad mold smell. There were 2 pillows on a full sized bed looked like a futon frame for two people. There were no utensils in the room. The floor was very dirty.
