The older lady who checked us out when we left was the best part of the entire property.

I booked this property due to the price and the location. The property tried calling me once, an hour before check in, and did not leave a message or anything. Upon arrival, they notified me that they had cancelled my reservation and I would have to re-book at the current day rate (which was significantly higher than what I had previously booked the room for).

stairs, no elevator. Parking not clearly makes and we were woke up about 6AM by fro t desk staff to move our car that was 8 to 10 parking spaces from renovation roll away dumpster:(

Susan and the other lady, I forget her name, she has only been here 6 months, were very friendly and helpful. They both tried to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

We were there for about a week and our room was never cleaned. We had to ask for fresh towels, face rags, trash bags and toilet paper. Also, we had to leave a day early due to a family emergency and getting in touch with management was a little difficult due to various reasons. I sent an email about it and asked for a refund but have not heard back from anyone. My husband has been admitted to the hospital.

The lady at the desk was nice

The facility was clean and the staff was very friendly.

The pool needs to open longer.

Pleasant staff, good location and a great price.

Stayed at a Baymont in Tucson, AZ for the first time and I was impressed by it's cleanliness. I had expected the same thing here but it was not the same. This is probably an older hotel than the one in Tucson.

The breakfast was ok. I just wished the menu changed

Just change up the menu some. Have something other than microwave eggs and sausage. Do maybe pre-made cheese omelets new potatoes and bacon. There is so much quick and easy bulk items you could do.

Needs a little updating. Carpet old, stairs need redone (no elevator). Bed clean and comfy. Breakfast good, staff nice .

Location was great and breakfast was good. Overall I would stay again.

Breakfast was good but as soon as Breakfast time was over everything got took out, leave it until everyone eats
