Spacious Rooms, Comfortable Bed, and Convenient to Restaurants and Shopping.

No USB adapters... Had my cord but not my wall plug in.

It was okay,with scrambled eggs,sausage,waffle machines,some bread and muffin items.

Early breakfast,no coffee due to non working coffee pots. Some more healthy options like yogurt and boiled eggs could be added. Also the layout should have all the food in one area.

Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was a bit on smaller side. Food was decent.

The location was central making it quick to get where we needed to go

The lobby, elevator and hallways were not very clean (possibly not vacuumed regularly?). The room itself had a refrigerator that was not plugged in on arrival and, after we plugged it in, did not work causing some of our food to spoil. The bathroom was incredibly small making it difficult to close the door after entering.

The Sheets were stained with urine and hairs were on them. It was clear that the Sheets were not changed after the last guest was there. There were feces in the toilet. It had also not been cleaned. We were moved from this 3rd floor room to a 5th floor room but there were no more king beds available. The new room was 2 queens. The room did not appear clean. The Sheets were probably changed and the toilet brushed, though. The entire hotel looks run-down. The elevator was not working by Saturday morning. It was not working on Sunday either. No one was ever seen working on it. Since we were moved to the 5th floor, this made the stay even worse. The front desk attendant only offered me a $25 deduction. At minimum, 1 of the 2 nights should have been comped!

Tiny bathroom, dark floors, needed updates and vacuuming.
