The front desk staff was very friendly and super helpful. The hotel was up a hill in a quieter location and the bed was very comfortable.
The property was very dirty. The hallway ceiling lights were flickering, the elevator was dirty, bedroom lights were all unplugged when I got into the room. The bathroom had plaster repair work everywhere and the bathroom vent was covered in dust and dirt. It was very surprising.
And the property grounds needed some serious wedding, it was like no one was taking care of it.

It was affordable and the staff were very welcoming.
The bathroom looked like it had been remodeled by a novice remodeler. There was missing grout in the floor, the new halo mirror was extremely dim for some reason, the walls showed a lumpy spackling job. But everything was clean & operational.

Really liked the automatic coffee machine with flavorings. There was a nice breakfast selection, and the scrambled eggs and sausage patties were kept warm.

The room was updated, clean, spacious and comfortable. The location had a great view over the valley. (Not from my room ,though.) Plenty of nearby amenities.

The last time I stayed here, which was three years ago, it was half the price. I expected it to go up, but not that much. Also, there were things in the bathroom that weren’t finished off and very poor lighting in the bathroom.

Rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. There were a lot of options for breakfast and the food was good. The location is great. You're right on the side of a mountain with some great views. Staff was friendly and helpful. Historic District is a quick drive and there is lots to see and do in Staunton.

It was probably one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. But every person you came across smile and said good morning. Everyone greeted you. Absolutely wonderful stay, comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again

The Room was very Big , felt homey instead of feeling like a hotel or felt like home away from home,, tons of space, we had a room with the jacuzzi tub it was AMAZING 🤩😍 Very relaxing was able to relax in the tub and watch TV at the same time, king size bed was very comfortable definitely coming back
Everything was pretty much exceptional except when we had breakfast the orange juice tasted very very sour I think it was out dated other than that everything was great no complaints at all

Breakfast was great and loved the coffee/tea station. Staff was super sweet.
Room smelled of mold and mildew and there were hairs in the bathtub.

Signs identifying the inn. I do understand under change of names. The fan on heater was very loud we decided not to use it, with temperatures not a problem.

We liked everything about this Quality Inn - it was one of the nicest inns we have been to in the past several years.
Finding it! We didn't think it was clearly marked on Richmond and barely noticed the Quality Inn sign on Frontier.

Great convenient location near to Sheetz and Walmart as well as I-64 and i-81. Great price. Very clean. Free breakfast.
The bed was really really firm. No vending machines available because the building was under renovation.
