Expensive room, but that was our fault since it was a last minute booking.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, and made us feel very welcome when we arrived close to office closing. There was popcorn in the lobby, hot drinks available, plastic silverware which was appreciated for our microwaveable dinners, and the TV was huge. It was quiet and comfortable, and I'd definitely return.

There weren't outlets on the nightstand like I've gotten used to, and the sink area was a little small. But those are my only possible complaints.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was great. Good breakfast, sadly they are discontinuing it October 1st 2022. Huge mistake there, because there is no where else to have breakfast in Packwood.

No elevator. Room was not very clean. Shower spray had barely any force. There was no fruit at breakfast. Normally, I would not complain about these things, but we paid more at this place than anywhere else and the others were much cleaner and nicer.

Location was perfect for us. Right on the edge of town close to shopping and a great coffee stand, and only a few miles away for visiting family and friends camping on the Cowlitz river. Fluffy pillows and clean, clean, clean

The price is more than I'd like to pay but in line with other hotels in the area. Also missed the fresh fruit at the breakfast. One of the lamps on one side of the bed did not work

We were there for Packwood Flea Market. The staff was excellent and the room fine. Enjoyed the continental breakfast. Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed it.

Some maintenance issues. But I really enjoyed the stay

Smaller room. A little too high priced. Handicapped bathroom was large but had sloping floor making it a little hard to maneuver.

The location is great if you're in the sunrise area. Loved the hot breakfast and the beds were comfy. Will definitely stay here again if back in the area in the future!

Becky could not have been more helpful! From the moment we arrived, she did everything she could to make us comfortable! It was like having a good friend be in charge of your stay. This hotel is fortunate to have her!

Since it’s an older hotel, you could hear other guests very easily.
