Room was good and clean. Bed was comfortable. Parking lot is very well lite.
Pillows could be thicker. Didn't like the fact that you had to walk across the room to turn on the jacuzzi tub. Needs to be closer along with the light switch.

Our room smelled like a sewer. Told front desk, she gave us air freshener.

The keys doesn’t work sometimes, I have to go down to the reception to updates huge card! So I didn’t know what happened! And for security the door close from 11pm to 5:am and when wecame in the hotel from that time you have to wait to someone open the door for you

Great location, friendly staff
Maid service not good, don’t make beds, only empty trash & replace towels if you ask. Limited breakfast, no hot tub or sauna as advertised. Short on staff, check in took forever. The Pillows are awful, bumpy & hard.

Newly renovated facility. Has a very cottage decor but modern amenities. I will book a future stay at this hotel.
The only downside is only the suites have a hot tub.
