Wonderful, clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Staff greeted us daily with a smile. Breakfast was simple and basic with waffles, cold cereal, instant oatmeal, premade omelets, breads, juice, coffe/tea, and milk. Fine for me but not my picky family.

Breakfast could have used additional toppings for the waffles. Rather than packets of oatmeal, quick or old fashioned oatmeal would have been nice. A larger variety of pastries. These are for my picky eaters with Autism. We had laundry and would have loved an additional washer/dryer as there was only one set to use. We waited for both the washer and dryer as they were in use. We were in a time crunch and an additional set would have been nice.

The breakfast was very good - with lots of options. I appreciated having available eggs and a meat source, in addition to the traditional breakfast fare of cereal, muffins and waffles, etc.

Our room was on the 2nd floor at the end of hall, virtually immediately over the pool. The smell of chlorine was rather strong because of where our room was located. However, I used the pool and appreciated having both the pool and whirlpool available - especially as it was open until midnight.

The location was great (pretty nature scenery from room). The breakfast was decent & the dining area & lobby were.clean.

- the room was not cleaned properly prior to our arrival (old food & vape cap found under bed, stain on towel, bathroom corners filled with dust) - room was constantly muggy & dank, even with temp @ 70 degrees & air conditioner on - pool was stained & dirty (stains at water level shows it is not cleaned regularly) - one particular staff member was rude & unwelcoming (lady with cropped hair & glasses - loudly rude on the phone with guests present, made a general crabby comment to while rolling a luggage rack as I walked passed saying, "I feel like I work at Walmart!" Also, when my 10-yr-old daughter was attempted to swap out some dirty towels for clean ones, the employee was very

I liked that the pool was right by my room. Also the staff was very helpful.

The location was very convenient being right off the freeway but you didn’t hear the noise from the freeway. The staff was friendly and the breakfast in the morning was good. The pool itself was on the larger size which was nice. The hot tub was ok.

Our room wasn’t very clean. We had towels that had stains on them(looked like makeup), dust bunnies in the corners of the room, bathroom had dust on the toilet, etc. The pool area needs some attention too. Hot tub didn’t feel as warm as it should have been and the jets felt weak, not a lot of pressure coming out.

Well appointed, clean, nice looking pool, friendly staff, decent breakfast.
