great location! Staff was great! we had a very late arrival so staff taped our key to the office door and emailed us our condo/bldg info. As we walked downstairs to our condo I thought we would be stuck in the basement. what a pleasant surprise to see such a lovely , bright, large, beautifully furnished and decorated apartment. We were not in the basement at all! Slider in the bedroom out to a patio, large windows in the LR, full kitchen everything and more than a couple would need. We definitely would stay here again!

I was able to get a place that was facing the water and bay. The furnishings were tasteful and the suite was situated in a very comfortable direction.

The only concern I have is there wasn't a EV Car charger available.

If you’re looking to get away to southern Maine it’s a great option. We spent time at the southern Maine beaches in winter. Had the hot tub to warm back up in during the day. Great food in Kennebunk and Biddeford. R&R, Seacoast pizza and Congdons donuts are excellent spots right in Wells. The apartment was more than big enough. The kitchen made it that much easier for meals and such. Bed was very comfortable. The living room served its purpose as well. 2 showers and lots of closets. Each apt is going to be different but that’s what this one offered us. Friendly staff the whole time. Loved the pool and gym options too.

The furniture and decor could use some updating. Overall it had everything we needed though.

Great location - previous stay was excellent due to unit we stayed in. I believe that these units are individually owned. Our comfort level was directly linked to the unit that we got. Our first stay the unit was updated and very comfortable, our second stay the unit was clean but outdated and uncomfortable.

The unit that we stayed in (5D) was very outdated. Rugs were old and gross - the couch looked like it was from the 1970s - lazyboy was broken - there was rotted seafood in the garbage disposal. It was also jammed because of a rusty lobster pick. Appliances were clean and functional - yet the stove burner started to smoke when we turned it on.

Great location and views of the ocean for a good price. The space was clean, large and comfortable. I will definitely return every year.

The only complaint would be about the tv situation. We couldn’t figure out how to get the VCR to work. But not a huge deal. Master tv wouldn’t even work.

We enjoyed the size of the room and the view. The kitchen was well stocked.

The noise from neighbors was a bit much. We heard our upstairs neighbors every time they walked. The suite could be a bit cleaner, maybe it was because it was the end of the year.
