poor choice, everything was cold, out of coffee

It was fairly quiet.

Continental breakfast was very basic. Cereal, a few hard boiled eggs, little Hostess donuts poured into a bowl etc. We left before it was accessible each morning but it would have been nice to grab a granola bar or an individually wrapped muffin on the way out. We stayed two nights during the week. $240 dollars and after booking the same room for both nights, somehow secured access card didn’t work for any entrances or room. We needed to fill out the same paperwork as the day before for a room we already were in and paid for. Everything was booked in Alexandria and that was as close as we could find so unlikely to ever be back there.

Room had bad odor and sheets/pillowcases/towels all stained/soiled

there with family and friends for a family wedding. Location and access to Event center was biggest reason for booking.

The breakfast was wonderful. Many choices.

It was spacious rooms

The pool was closed all weekend and no notifications were sent out to the large wedding party that now had t try and squeeze everyone one in in one tiny room to socialize in. And no discounts were given even though price included pool use and the breakfast was definitely 1 * not a grand slam breakfast

Our room was on the main floor next to the entry so after our long drive it was very nice to come into. The hotel itself is Very quiet and Very spacious to stay at.

I have sensitive skin and woke up with a reaction to the sheets. Took a shower and the water was not warm. Breakfast did not have much for healthy choices such as fresh fruit or gluten free options…

Bed comfy enough and location good for funeral. Manager was nice but hard to understand him well

towels had dirty stains and even handprints. Breakfast not restocked so my son and daughter in-law couldn't eat before funeral. Bfast tables not cleaned between people eating. Milk should not be in a gallon jug as that's not sanitary! Need single cartons of milk! Pool said closed but looked fine.
