I used to frequent this property. stayed here for several weeks back in July 2022. it was a clean safe place. went to this hotel recently after booking on booking.com. when I arrived I was told they were overbooked and would not honor my reservation. told them I was going to leave a bad review after driving seven hours. hotel employee told me to get out with hate speech the n word and profanity. see video with abc news when it comes out. after telling me to leave he changed his mind and would not let me leave on video.

was threatened by the staff and subjected to physical and verbal abuse by the staff. got video on my phone of the incident. staff used derogatory term for african Americans repeatedly and when I tried to leave he shoved me and tried to take my phone. he threatened to stab me with a knife. filed a police report with officer collins case number 23038220. the government is currently investigating the matter. brought video to Yvonne at abc news at 4140 rio bravo in El Paso. media explained that they will be unable to release the video until the government completes its investigation. spoke to Dave who is the manager at this extended stay it’s El Paso west. I explained that I reported the incident to the govt. David claimed that I laid hands on his employee. I stated that his hotel has surveillance cameras and that if he believes his footage tells a different story and exonerates his employee than he should release it to abc news. he stated that he would probably fire his employee and asked if I was going to the media just to be on television or if I was seeking some legal action. I explained I was in town briefly and that I don’t have time for that and I have a job In Phoenix to go to. I’m just letting him know what I am doing.

Rooms are big and have everything you need to be comfortable away from home.

I really enjoyed my stay it made me feel like I was home.

I like the location. It was quiet.

No breakfast by the time we made it down and the water keep going cold.
