We didn’t have breakfast. Location was just perfect. Not a long walk over bridge.

The only small personal issue. The location of the shampoo and body wash dispensers should be moved from right under shower head. Couldn’t lean forward to get right under shower head without hitting dispensers and accidentally dispensing the liquids.

Location was good. A very basic hotel would have paid less somewhere else..but the fact that we were in St Augustine- price was good

Good location - Easy walk to historic downtown area. The owner is very nice and the room was basic, but clean and comfortable.

A bit of traffic noise that calmed down after midnight or so.

The Budget Inn offers clean, safe and convenient lodging just over the Lion Bridge. It is family operated. As a result, any requests are immediately addressed. They helped us sort between the hustle of the tourist vs where the "locals" go. Very good value for basic lodging.

It is not that I didn't like it. It is basic but very clean which is most important.

Location was great, short walk to the historic area, local pubs were great fun,owners very friendly, hard working, as were the staff.

Hate to say anything bad about this place, because we had such a nice stay, but, the walls were a bit thin.

Super close to the Bridge of Lions and walking distance to downtown St. Aug. Rooms were spacious and comfy.

bathroom towels were worn through, light fixture in bathroom outdated, shelf over toilet was outdated, walking areas outside rooms needed touching up (needs paint and cement work)
